The slot in the inlet is sucking and won't have pressure so can't be for the wastegate The nipple on the fr cover is for the wastegate
-
Could rotate the housing abit
-
The bov is mounted on the pressure side and as you can see in the pic it plumbs back directly in the intake Look closely in the intake it has a slot where it plumbs back
-
Should have Sussed out there new td05h16g billet comp wheel and has a bov built in comp housing plumback

Any sn rated oil I'm using what we use at work which is caltex 5-40 full synthetic most new quality oils have a sn rating And your oil most proberly didn't change cause you will proberly need it in long term to have side effects like 8-10000kms which your car doesn't see before a oil change Mines the same I change mine every 5000kms Better safe than sorry especially on a engine you spent big on -

The second time round I think I had 15weeks off in total with the surgery and the dr said I was good to go back to work I'm a mechanic
-
Thanks man depends how the surgery went the first time took longer as the surgeon was abit of a butcher jks Had a Massive scar down the back of my head proberly round 2 months always felt tired and the second time the surgeon was great only small scar on the right rear of my head and a small circle on the top of fr of my head felt like I healed up quicker but maybe I was older then maybe 1month and abit I'm never going to be the same but my balance is still abit off and the right side of my body is abit laggy My right hand is abit shakey but I had to learn to wright with my left I was right handed before That's how the specialist found it my right side oft body was lagging and bad headaches he sent me to get a MRI straight away
-
Sorry to hear about the bad news and all the best in the future man I had the same problem brain tumour when I was 15 size of a 50c cent pushing on my brain had it removed urgent lucky it was benign. First surgeon didnt want to completely remove it all as it was too close to the brain so caused me issues later when I was 19 years old so had surgery again and the new dr brian Owler cleaned the rest up havent had any problems yet now I'm 23. I had yearly MRI but dr thinks its ok now as you get older they don't seem to come back and said I don't need anymore mri's unless I have problems Hope you have a similar outcome all the best good luck

Look at my comparison dyno graph of the gt2530 eflex vs tdo5h18g pump 98 shits over it below 4500rpm and keeps up just ahead till redline due to the eflex Same engine And mods just turbo and fuel difference http://nissansilvia.com/forums/index.php?app=core&module=attach§ion=attach&attach_rel_module=post&attach_id=370325 I've got the tdo5h18g now on eflex aswell nothing special under 4000rpm but once above its aggressive as not very street friendly and only made 14kw more up top spewin I changed setup went from 250kw and heaps of linear power before 4500rpm to 264kw but not much power before 4000rpm and the tdo5h18g is now on 24psi dropping to 21psi where as the hks2530 is on 21psi dropping to 19psi
-
The gt2530 is the best street turbo for sr20 very linear and on boost by 3400rpm on 21psi dropping to 19psi made 250rwkw on my sr20det non VCt eflex
-
Has anyone noticed that when you change the oil it smells badly of e85?
-
I'm going to try out the atr28g2 soon on my sr20det soon once I get a fnt housing off stao big boost 22 to 24 psi e85 Poncams Just want to have one more run to see the best time I can get with the kando and Ill do the turbo swap over Hopefully it will make similar power than I am now on less boost and better response cause the fnt and bigger compressor than the tdo5h18g I'll get Unigroup to print me a back to back comparison and post it up once done and I'll be testing it put at wsid aswell

Hey you sure that long 90degree silicone joined in you your cold side piping isn't kinking under boost ? Get your fabricator to make that one pipe and use to straight joiners shouldnt cost much in just mild steel
-
The launch won't affect you trap speeds much most 1-2mph the better you launch better 60ft you trap speed will be lower But yes it will affect you et I think its for every 0.1 quicker off your 60ft it's 0.2 off your et So you will need a 2.0 60ft and you will be in the 12.8 but proberly 113 or 114mph

My brothers car had the same problem low power reading cause the return flow cooler setup on his car He went thru numerous turbo setups all came up short of what they should put out and got his cams dialed in still similar results End up just changing the cooler to a normal cheap 3inch inlet opposite sides and bang 20kw should have done it to start Unigroup told him to change the cooler at the start but he didn't want to butcher the battery tray as it was a 180sx they did all the usual tests pressure drop, exhaust back pressure and comp test all came up good
