EPA emissions? that is the letter in the mail one? they dont look for noise just the emissions the car emits defect for exhaust noise and having to go get a check to make sure its 90db is the one you should hope it is? should be easy to pass if it dosent you need another muffler or resnator in it

i have BC's in my car and have no issues with them being to stiff? IMO they are better than the lowered springs that were in there to start with? for a better ride i usually run 6 clicks front and 4 rear then the track i wind them right up

the cheap lock bars work fine, i have one in my drift car and have no issues with it, also have power sprit camber traction and castor rods and they have been fine and a lot cheaper than the jap brands, for my new car i will be getting the new GKtech arms should look at them for your ajustible bits get the above put some new bushes throughout i got superpro ones you can get everyone for the car just go to their website hicas lock bar and get a good alignment you will notice an amazing improvment just as i did

what boost do these come on at ?

either toe or castor will do this .... if your old castor rods are worn under braking they will move forward slighly and increase the squeeling noise.... i have DBA 4000s and bendix ultimates and had this issue... i while aligned it, put the red goo on and filed the edges of the pads down slightly, i then Bleed the front calipers! and its gone!! however it has come back every so slightly as my front right caster is rooted and moving forward a bit so check those out before going crazy with goo and new pads etc....... i know the skylines castor rods a prone to failing after a few years or hard driving

mate has one with a 44mm tial gate just made 315RWKW ..... he is a boiler maker by trade and see no issue with these at all!!!..... if you wanna go buy a 6boost etc go do it spend the extra money and jerk off to your mates raving about the amazing collector that does backflips on your testicles....... in the mean time its a good product that works well and isnt even on the same level as a china ebay spec manifold but hey i have seen one of those run for 2 years making 450hp before shitting itself
