i have ultimates and they sqeeal at low speed pretty annoying but i just put up with it car still stops fine?

dam it.... i wanted the cooler pipes

i have a cheap alloy rad on mine no over heating issues, it dropped the temps and i had a GTR rad in there with 2 fans on the front, i still havnt put the shroud on either and its still sits below stock...... on another note my mate just had a similar problem for the last cupple of weeks wouldnt run right on startup sometimes and then slight heat issues at the track similar to your problem needless the say cyc 5 filled with coolant at the last track day so early days but dont rule out a head gasket issue
