they are a straight swap and easy to fit so i have heard.they need collars to make them fit properly,other than that it doent take much more effort than say fitting a set of nismo 555cc injectors.

This is all fine and dandy,but, are you prepared to pay for the forged internals when the motor goes bang? The HKS GT-RS in t3 exh flange for rb25det is a proven recipe for your power needs.But this turbo is an internally gated turbo.And depending on wether or not you want an internally or an externally wastegated turbo is totally up to you.
