  1. @ 100% duty i.e. not giving the injectors enough time to open and close and given you only have less than 40kw loss...yes this is possible! But highly not recommended 90% is still OK...but tuners will do it at 60-70% duty, over here anyway.
  2. exactly...I've lost interest as well...the Supras, Evos, STi everything is going worldwide and watered down. Justin, to be honest we all know Carlos doesn't care less about the GT-R. To him it's just another Japanese car, as long as it sell that's all that matters. -use V35 Exterior and Shell...redesign exterior styling. -use V35 Interior...redesign interior styling. -use e-4WD...out of March/Cube/Tiida...or whatever it's currently in. -use JGTC VQ30DETT...stroke it! -use JGTC suspension setup.
  3. Tweaking under the hood is called for... Before: Nissan Skyline GTSt RB20. After: Rezz Skyline K-Tune with complete engine...RB26 R-1!
  4. you'll be hung on Friday night for sure mate

    D1 Round 6, Ebisu

very clear and sharp shots...well done.
  6. GT-Net or was it C-West I forget has a mint LHD S2000. The brake rotor were all rusty but you could tell they were keeping it unmodified, low kilometres to sell off potentially for big bucks one day. So I'm sure cars/models similar to the domestic model can be imported but the demand except for the Euroluxo barges is not high.
  7. well done mate, Chasers V as well...Chasers are my choice over the Skyline...sorry but that is the truth
  8. evlr33 smartass , typo...but there are times Justin needs to be hung
  9. I've seen the same badge on a number of GTSt even before seing your car, but never thought much of it. Until you said it came on some models, during the whole 911 Turbo era
  10. which is why I have not said it is, quote: "If it is so they claim the next GT-R in testing" (ignore the minor word missing in the sentence). But the article does support what has already been known.
  11. This same car has been published by a few magazines already. It is so they claim the next GT-R in testing, cause in a G35 shell. So obviously they could be testing the engine, transmission/drivetrain/4WD or handling/suspension. Whether you like it or not, you can already bet it won't differ too much from that shape/style. The genes are still gonna be from both the V35 and Z33. Justin, take a squizz at your local publication mate.
  12. I talked to Justin last night or rather was over his place to check the fine work he had done preparing and installing the bar. It looks great as it is, who needs sideskirts and a rear bar...go the JGTC look As the car is to become a dedicated track car not some show pony
  13. Dave glad you and your family is OK. Hoping Brian gets out of this safely. Over 270 aftershocks since Saturday night and another M5.6 registered this morning. Updates on the earthquake here... http://pforums.company-hosting.com/forums/....php?t=67181891
  14. Well done mate, looks good . Just spoke to Justin right now and he will indeed need to take care going up/down carpark ramps. I already scrap ramps whens my car was about 14cm from the ground, now 12cm from the ground. There is a legal ride height here in Japan but not greatly enforced.
  15. me sleep and relax...there isn't much of a weekend. Do my washing and home shit, annoy Ikeri down at the workshop and maintain my car, hang our friends and since Justin is closes to me he hasn't got much of a choice and on Sunday's it's always grocery day for me and sunday drive to some place.
  16. You won't get 200rwkw...my calculations aren't too far from SK's calculations. Given you run close to 90% duty = 291.6ps = 214kw, minus drivetrain loss = 164.4rwkw.
  17. Dave also unfortunate is damage to heritage listed shrines and temples. Did you see what happened to the shrine (I forget the name) facing the Torii gate on Miyajima?...and now Kiyomizu sustained some damage ...these historical buildings have stand the wits of time and tragic to see them destroyed by natural disaster...rebuilding them will never bring back the true beauty they have held all this time.
  18. Gary, 600hp is getting up there with the business from what I have seen locally over here...but shan't argue, again I'm no 1/4mile racer.
  19. Not 80 but certainly close... As you can see it's mostly the elderly who get caught in the floods, won't leave, too scared to leave and drown. As reported certainly the worst in 25 years as this one came straight through a major cities - Osaka, Kyoto, Kochi, Tokushima etc. This years is also the most number of typhoons in one season. This definitely pushes the death toll to well over 100++ for this season alone , condolences. The record also extends to the 2nd ever hottest summer here in Japan. Here in Osaka it was very hot and humid with no rain, but the poor poeple in Tokyo had to endure 40.1 degrees heat for well over 30 days. Highest ever recorded temp in Japan since they started recorded back in 1930's is 40.3 degrees in Yamagata IIRC. Not a very good year.
  20. Well now you can all buy even cheaper Skylines...everyone knows after typhoon season there are bargains to be bought. *small print - flood damage* They may or may not say though as they do a mightly good job of cleaning out the mud from the interior, now where are those photos. THUS...be very aware of flood damage cars!
  21. SK, not a drag racer but surely your not telling us 4WD is better than RWD for drag racing
  22. A stock RZ will pass you sooner than later, stock for stock with limiter removed they also top out at 279km/h compared to a BCNR33 at 262km/h. A stock BNR32 top out at 248km/h, not bad for an old car but anything newer ie. CP+ Evo, Series 6+ FD, GTO, Aristo, B4 RSK, Z32 will pass it...even a R33 25GT turbo etc will eventually hunt it down. *Source: Option magazine speed ring test back a few years now.
  23. search and you will find. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...0865post1030865
  24. I don't have the figures with me at the moment, but Buddy Club P1 QF are lighter then TE37 but only slightly and this is the same for 18's as well. Sorry don't know about the P1 Racing II but I think they are not forged. Agree with SK, forged doesn't mean they are the lightest...SSR Type C and GT2 are both lighter then P1 QF and TE37. They are SSF- semi solid forging.
  25. 13_Devil, I highly doubt this is always the case, they do alot of crazy things over over here. The 2JZs powered Aristos and Chaser on the streets over here do make the GT-Rs pretty ordinary. disclaimer: I do not associate with street racing.
