  1. same, in conjuction with iifym Havent been following my macros for a while now. I've slumped back into around 1400 calories a day, just not hungry atm.

  13. At the moment all I want is a nights sleep. I can lie on my back now but it hurts after a while and sleeping on my sides are still a no go. I think I got to sleep at around 2am last night, up at 5.30
  14. Goals are taking backward seat as I'm still having issues with bench, squat and deadlift. Really I'm just grateful I can still exercise at the moment. Trigger point today which will hopefully ease some discomfort.

  16. cool, wont be too far off yeah squats hurt my injury the most; it's the bar that is stopping me getting more reps out atm... legs could easily keep going

  18. Yeah tell me about it; when it first happened in August I couldn't drive a manual... but I would prefer to sleep than drive at the moment!

  20. Hi Troy, yeah probably very similar.. my injury is primarily T6 and T7 I took 3 panadol before physio yesterday and still had to get her to stop when she got to T6 It's actually a bit less painful at the moment, hopefully I can sleep tonight... that's been the most annoying
  21. Do you think his abs are on par with yours?
