Physio has already diagnoised my injury as joint rather than muscular - thorasic spine T5 to T8 is where I am most injured and intervertebral discs Depending on outcome of next physio session, I'm looking at booking an appointment with a sports medicine doctor because I would like to continue gym as I've just signed up at a powerlifting gym for 6 months.

  21. Cheers. Sleeping is the worst as both shoulder blades are now injured, plus intervertebral. I cant lay down!
  22. Don't really have a choice as I can't lift my left arm above my head
  23. Gym. Had ultrasound the first time, they couldn't pick up anything. Don't see point of MRI unless I'm going down surgery path, because through trigger point and physio I know what's wrong.
