  1. not a pootube clip, but its one of the first videos i ever saw on the net. kinda reminds me of how i drove as a p-plater with my supercharged car... http://video.racing....000056896/v.flv (not iphone friendly)
  2. If its an auto, best to get trans done professionally... they hook it up to a pump and push the old oil out with new to keep airlocks from getting in And yep oil filter is Ryco Z445, same as 350z and s15 silvia http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/398102-adelaide-workshops
  3. youd be wanting something around 10 inch with +20 offset in the rear at a respectable look.... but of course looking respectable means stretching the laws... the best site you can use for ideas is http://www.jonathanr...fset-calculator (Ive covered the "how to measure" in another topic)
  4. id be trying to find a professional car theif. they seem to know how to bypass all that key and immobiliser nonsense. /just adding humor
  5. the only reason you would go to one of those is to videotape it and submit it to sapol
  6. attatchment is not iphone compatable
  7. black v36 in adelaide / cumberland park running infiniti badges. kinda blends in with all the toyofalcadores out there.... if it wasnt for the grille i would not have looked twice
  8. spotted a blue 34 with black bonnet then a white 32 with gtr front bar heading up to windy point around 3.30
  9. if it is them, the cam magnets are cheapest from russia (yes im being serious) and are a simple unbolt/bolt on repair. just hope its the magnet end and not the cam end
  10. year? sedan? engine size? interior colour?
  11. sounds like the electromagnets that control the variable cam angle. it should only make that noise audibly once with heavy pedal press from idle.
  12. yeah ive got an error reader and basic reset tool too.
  13. who in SA has an uprev they can plug up to my V35? pinging issues, heat issues, fuel consumption issues....
  14. that 36 looks like a j-collection one aswell
  15. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1-43-Nissan-Skyline-300GT-Infiniti-G35-pearl-white-LHD-/180815390990?pt=Diecast_Vehicles&hash=item2a196fe90e this ones not cheap tho... keep an eye out, theyre normally $20 including post
  16. V35s are a bit hard to find in toy form. heres mine. Sold as a 1:43 scale series one 300gt by j-collection, its not quite to scale length is 1:40 width is 1:35 height is 1:43 but at least it is detailed fairly correctly... JDM bumpers, S1 bootlid, interior colours, badges, brake caliper positions it had a rear wing too... the first thing i removed. just a shame the drivers mirror needed fixing after it broke off in the post. next plan is to find some correct scale deep dish wheels to make it look like mine.
  17. oh yes, DIY is my first middle and last name. just need the research to be thorough and parts to be right before making myself temporarily carless. sounds like i'll be leaning towards 34 gtt's if i can find them complete for $200 are you talking shims as in the ones between the pad and the piston?
  18. and r34 gtt discs and calipers are too? is there going to be an issue with the existing v35 brake line in either setup?
  19. ok so 32 m spec discs and calipers are a direct bolt on?
  20. 34 gtr? arent they brembo? i was just after the alloy 4 pots from a regular turbo model...
  21. intake and airbox sold. super fast delivery with e-go.com.au , i literally received the box the day after i paid for it! thanks!
  22. thats why theyre called GT Autosound, not GT Enginesound
  23. I need a set of pedals to suit xbox 360 microsoft wheel... want some r32/33/gtr 4 pot calipers and discs in good condition too
