  1. Booked a Deluxe at the lake on Thursday for both nights.
  2. Thanks mate, makes sense now. He cleaned up BIG time! Well done Blaise
  3. Speak to CNR33, he is a bit of a snow bunny from memory and bought some stuff last season
  4. Yep saw this also. I was only watching bits but saw Blaise's interview. Was moving house so running in and out. Anyone any idea why Blaise's score was at the top each time with approximately 80 points whilst everyone else was on 200+? Not a dig or anything but really only saw snippets as I was loading the truck. I assumed it was the Vic Dutton as I recognised the Just Cuts Porsche from Bulla. Blaise's driving that I saw was ace and he must have been the most mentioned name on the commentry which is why I couldnt work out this 80 points malarky. Was it a least points wins competition? Anyway, well done Blaise for some superb driving and where was the Wang plug!
  5. Can all entrants fit at the lake or will there be the need to book at the place where I stayed (along with a load of others) nearer town?
  6. LOL! at the way the thread has degenerated into serial killers Similar set up to mine. I have the SAU newer ones on the side windows and the older one with the big S on the rear window. In a Subaru when I take it.
  7. I have seen that one but its not the one I was thinking of. I see a couple of red ones regularly and both have standard plates. One on White St and the other on Governer Rd normally. I have seen a silver one on Greens Rd with R31 club stickers on, is that yours?
  8. If you do get an alarm fitted and you have to provide an address, I never give the one where the car will live. Usually provide a family friends address just incase any follow up literature/warranty comes through.
  9. Don't worry about Ash, he is thinking of a bankcard Hotmail have been really good, support wise. I have used them for a forgotten password, tracking people down (few years back before they weren't restricted on divulging information) and also a tech issue I had at uni. I made the initial enquiries via the web and have had them call me twice as the problem required escalating. HTH
  10. Mobiles Found: http://www.justice.vic.gov.au/CA256902000F...tions060424.pdf
  11. What an outstanding selection and effort. I need a banner for a website as well!
  12. 3 women at work are from there and have come to work with horror stories about Frankston but on the flip side, they dont ever come in and compliment the place. Like with most places, you generally only hear the bad. BTW - NateR31 you dont drive a red 31 and drive cross Springvale Rd at Governer Road Dandenong bound in the morning do you?
  13. Well done mate. Glad it all worked out. We are in the process of buying at the moment and looked at the same type of thing and after a chat with a mortgage advisor, we were offered a better solution from Nic's parents. We had looked at securing enough equity in their home to finance the deposit plus a bit extra for a car. This was all going well until they very generously offered to help with the purchase with cash and not equity so the car has gone back on hold. We move in a week saturday as it is being painted at the moment but then go overseas the Wednesday after but have to be out of our current place by the Thursday. I just want it all to end! Well done again mate and a great acheivement
  14. Was a good meeting from what I saw. Sorry had to duck back and pick the girlfriend up from the hairdressers (lame I know ) Guy, good to meet you and look forward to seeing the car out and about.
  15. Happy Easter fellow SAUer's. Just realised pay day tomorrow as its Friday is a public holiday, woohoo!
  16. Damn Ruffls, looks like that list is out to hunt Nissans! Have never even seen a Plymouth Prowler over here. I never realised a Ferrari 456 GTA was nearly 2 tonnes!
  17. Aaron - have a read of the thread you posted in within motorsport on page 19. Here is Snowy's info on page 23: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...c=102617&st=440
  18. Daniel I have a blue liberty RX with SAU stickers. There are a few pics of it from the Nov DECA. Striving to get back into something quick but the hunt seems to be neverending. BTW - I can relate to that time frame, near enough exactly.
  19. Thanks mate, thats much appreciated. Does that mean we will see you at some DECA stuff etc? Bad timing I guess but we have just bought a place in Port Melbourne and move there in about a month so wont be so close anymore Will still be up in Brighton regularly for the to see the gf's parents so will have to catch up. Sorry, no nothing about boost leaks on skylines. Have you tried any of the other 34GTT owners, Adz, Pete etc.
  20. commbank are useless IMO anyway. Stuffed me around so much with calls, charges and cards. Walked in one day and told them to cancel everything there and then and write me a cheque for the balance of my accounts. Had a business account, credit card, savings accounts with them but they are hopeless. Now with the ANZ and they are even open saturday mornings. Ironic thing is Commbank offer the best mortgage for borrowing against the equity in your parents home. ANZ are in second but at the risk of going with the Commonwealth, we avoided that mortgage type altogether. BTW Tracid, thats a lot of $$ plus the sale of your own car, what are you planning on getting at 19?
  21. What kind of renumeration are you talking, presumably variable on the level of experience? Where in Melbourne are you? What ages roughly are the staff? I am sure plenty of people will ask the same questions, so by posting them here, it will save a few hundred emails. Role sounds interesting.
  22. Cool. Some of the guests for the radio station in Bank St park in the multi level there. Thats the third one I have seen in Melbourne (assuming its not the same one with different plates each time!).
  23. Man I remember when it first arrived and all those probs in Sydney you had with it. Forgot it had been so long! Well done anyway mate
  24. Is that Bank St car park in South Melbourne?
