Keep an eye on the Evo driven by matt cherry and kim ledger, its one seriously fast and well sorted car, makes a dab under 400 at the treads on 98, 8 pot bembo's up front and they can both fairly peddle, around the track it'll be brutally quick, notarus and authur will probably flog everyone on the motorkhana stuff, damn those guys can hook a car around a khana

Meh, all those hacks that take the event way too serious :D

The real battle will be between the SAU-VIC Pres and his pretty boy team mate in that Brock Blue R34 and Team Max AMEX in the completely std R32 GTSt... Handicapping means we only need to win one of 48 events to take the money.

The arrogance of these guys to think they will beat us in every single event. :D Just because they got a fancy car and can drive...and me and Jamezilla dont/cant...we are Australian, and in the tradition of Steven Bradbury surely they have to fark up one event and hand us the win.

If you cant win just hang around and hope they fark up and pick up the pieces :P

Pfft - there nothing standard about your R32 Bris. But still thats not going to stop the fact that you will get beaten in every single event.

Team Skills will beat Team Dills every time. :woot:

September seems like such a long time away!

Just be very, very, very careful Snowplough...that bottle of water you pick up off your seat could be loaded with laxatives. That drum of ELF fuel you use to fill up your car full of sugar. Your radiator full of the piss from village drunks at Taco Bills...things you have no chance of knowing about ... i would be hiring full time security for that car of yours, otherwise you could find you have some reliability problems :D

...and everything on my car is std, i have to return ot to stock for rego and cant be stuffed putting all the gear back on it...dont need it to beat you hillbillies

Hey, Aren't you guys both navigators? Who's gonna drive?

The GPS has no hands!

Alright boys - it seems there are some "Official" Dutton Rally forums to be found on the Autosports forums.

They are all too serious. I've started up a thread in the Victoria section. We need to make a mocery. :P

    • I was just driving into work and while on my drive, I went to accelerate and noticed the car would sputter/hesitate and I’d hear a few pops from the exhaust before it started going faster. Then I also noticed that when I push my clutch in, the car would die. This all started happening today. Any ideas?
    • That is a lovely Volvo, just saying. Yes I should have got an 260RS when they were cheap. I do regret now.
    • ^ lots of good points made above. The thing is, "aggressive" or "flush" fitment is relative depending on how much you have been influenced by social media. My starting point is always "look at the Nismo RWD specs". That is where you should start, then start measuring as GTSBoy as sort of mentioned, because every car will be slightly different. My 8.5"+35/9.5+38 will not be "flush" enough for you because you want more "pumped" look, which is why you measure. Tyre sizes and brand/models also make a difference. Some tyres are more chunky/square, some are more rounded. That means you could get away with more aggressive offsets without rubbing. But then it also depends on your ride height. Also depends on how much your car copped damage before being shipped from Japan. So it goes back to measuring your car yourself and determining what can work. Those Nismo specs are used bacause it's a safe spec for standard car (suspension. body) with chunky tyres. But then I put 265/35 wide tyres on R34 GT-R wheels, and currently run 285/30 tyres on 18x10 wheels.
    • Sounds pretty awesome. I recommend creating a new build thread and posting all your goodness in there.
