Hey peoples,

I need some advise pretty quick,

I have a 1990 R32 GTR, current mods are Tein suspension, sard radiator,Greedy FMIC, D-jettro Power FC and pretty much stock engine with healthy compression.\

I want to achive 11's, not to sound like a Hero (but basically take out most STI's and XR6's and V8 ss's and wrx's.

I have been advised for the following it will roughly cost me $5800 for the following installed and tuned.... which should give me about 400kw!!??? Advise on parts used and prices and also if my goal is reasonable using these configuration...

Sard 700cc $1200 Fit

Garett Turbos $3100 2560R / 2860R

Dumps $700 (xforce)

Bosh 044 intank $550

plus 2 hours tuning

Total $5800 fitted and tuned.....

Its this a good price and config..... ?

Used this mech shop before for my PFC (very good service and professional)

Cheers....

no cams, cam gears etc or pistons. A stock engine with the above boltons....

are injectors easy to install????

No cams or cam gears or pistons?

i think the SARD 700CC injectors were around $120 each or $700 for the set, $1200 seems a tad high for parts plus fitting....

All the parts selected are svvveet! B)

044 fuel pump $550 is pricey, install is easy, so it sounds alot...

www.racespec.com.au has em for around the $300-$320 mark last time i checked.

buy the parts from east/japan as perth shops just love to charge an extra 50% on the regular prices and people get stung.

i was told x-force exhuasts are absolute shit from a well known shop over east who does rb26s and is a high quality shop with plenty of big power gtr's.

injectors are way pricey too, and installing them is about an hour job if that.

my mate got charged over 5k just for a 2560r turbos upgrade on a stock gtr and he thought he got it cheap haha, some people are just gullable and dont research around before the purchase.

find out the time it will take from the workshops too as some like to take a little longer than others, and some alot longer :(

good luck

Brad

I'll fit 6 injectors into a Skyline all day everyday for $500 a set! I could retire on fitting one set a day :)

As has been said, do your homework and you will only reap the (financial) benefits.

you would be able to take out all of the above-mentioned with your curernt mods, quite easily

    • Yeah I also looked at Plazmaman, but, it ended up alot  cheaper getting black ones through EFI when you also added in the delivery cost
    • Nice shot! They look super clean. The roof rack delete on the black one is interesting. Would like to see more pictures from different angles. It's subtle but could make quite a difference to how the car looks in profile.
