Thanks for the posts guys, the homo comment was because i was angry and still immature no offence intended.

The description of the cars I got was through a friend in the area who has friends who have gone through similar shit…….i have passed on what I know to the cops but I doubt they could do any thing or be bothered doing any thing……….”too busy setting up speed cameras”…They were meant to come by today to fingerprint the car never saw any sign of them, plus it would probably be a waste of time

I just feel so tired, its so much work tracking down parts that they f**ked up…….mainly locks, ignition and door……really shitty bout my gauges though they were looking good only had them in 3-4 weeks………….

u can tell the cops that u think they did it, and the cops will go, yeah well im happy for you ...

they wont do squat

they have no evidance, and even if they did, they would prolly do squat anyways ...

f**ktards ... i know how it feels, my whole car went missing ... and yes wheelchair, if they are lucky ...

Hey Coupe forgot ta ask ya....did u get your car back???

no dan, i certainly didnt unfortunatly ... miss driving a skyline around ... nice car to drive ... properly interstate in some one elses hands, or stripped down for parts ...

a month ago my house mates hyundai excel was stolen when it was parked at the glen, n i saw how messed up he wuz....no matter what the car, boys luv their toys deeply....we checked out the area for a gud couple of days....luckly the cops caught him on monash fwy driving to work a week later....can u believe that...hes driving to work in a stolen car!!!! :D

well this whole experience has taught me that you shouldn’t trust any one and people are c**ts

I’m really on edge now.

Also if any one hears of some one trying to sell a dual pillar pod only for 32 gtr, with auto meter cobalt boost gauge and air/fuel ratio all black faced, and 60gig ipod photo in this area contact me

So I can get some revenge “MUHAHAHA” (evil laugh)

I don’t like my chances though

i live in the back of my restaraunt at the moment, if i ever found anyone trying to break in i have a base ball bat beside my bed, now when you hit someone enough times across the legs, then there back and then there head, they tend to forget where they where breaking into after they wake up in a park down the road. thats if they wake up.

so the law doesnt scare me one bit when it comes to this sought of shit. These people desrve no less.

hmm probably unrelated.. but not too far down the road at wasonia station, a mates supercharged VX got the bonnet and doors completlydeep scratch keyed with words sayng "F%$^ you C%#*"

hmmmm

did u end up getting paid out?

F#ck em, let the hunters become the hunted. Arm up and deliver sweet revenge to all who have been f%cked over by lowlife, check out pickles auction and check out the 32 GTR I think thats burnt out, pricks.

No offence, but Im a wog, we have big familys, Im sure there is more like me, lets teach some scumbags a lesson! Not that Im inciting violence or anything! Fck the Goverment might charge me for inciting.

Australia is getting fcked up, no one has any respect any more.

I think its only fair that we feel hatred and anger for these low-lifes - cars are our life (to an extent), and working hard and getting our dream is something that we always envisioned - when thieves come and take the car away - its only natural that we feel anger. I dont understand why the law doesnt protect us, and the cops dont really do much about it. Next thing you know, this country becomes like the U.S.A - every man for himself sorta thing - guns in cars and all that......its tragic.

Hows the search for your car going though? Any progress?

    • My thinking is that if the O2 sensor is shot then your entire above described experience is pure placebo.
    • Here is the mess that I made. That filler there was successful in filling dents in that area. But in the middle area. I can feel dents. And I've gone ocer it multiple times with filler. And the filler is no longer there because i accidently sanded it away. I've chased my tail on this job but this is something else lol. So I'm gonna attempt filler one more time and if it doesn't work I'll just high fill primer the door and see where the issues are because guidecoat is of no use atm.
    • Ok, so I think I sort of figured out where I went wrong. So I definitely overthinked it, and I over sanded, which is probably a large part of the problem. to fix it, I ended up tapping some spots that were likely to be high, made them low, filled them in, and I tackled small sections at a time, and it feels a lot better.    I think what confused me as well is you have the bare metal, and some spots darker and some are lighter, and when I run my finger across it, it' would feel like it's a low spot, but I think it's just a transition in different texture from metal to body filler.    When your finger's sliding on the body filler, and crosses over to the bare metal, going back and forth, it feels like it's a low spot. So I kept putting filler there and sanding, but I think it was just a transition in texture, nothing to do with the low or high spot. But the panel's feels a lot better, and I'm just going to end up priming it, and then I'll block it after with guide coat.   Ended up wasting just about all of my filler on this damn door lol
    • -10 is plenty for running to an oil cooler. When you look at oil feeds, like power steering feeds, they're much smaller, and then just a larger hose size to move volume in less pressure. No need for -12. Even on the race cars, like Duncans, and endurance cars, most of them are all running -10 and everything works perfectly fine, temps are under control, and there's no restrictions.
    • Update: O2 sensor in my downpipe turned out to be faulty when I plugged in to the Haltech software. Was getting a "open circuit" warning. Tons of carbon buildup on it, probably from when I was running rich for a while before getting it corrected. Replaced with new unit and test drove again. The shuffle still happens, albeit far less now. I am not able to replicate it as reliably and it no longer happens at the same RPM levels as before. The only time I was able to hear it was in 5th going uphill and another time in 5th where there was no noticeable incline but applying more throttle first sped it up and then cleared it. Then once in 4th when I slightly lifted the throttle going over a bump but cleared right after. My understanding is that with the O2 sensor out, the ECU relies entirely on the MAP tune and isn't able to make its small adjustments based on the sensors reading. All in all, a big improvement, though not the silver bullet. Will try validating the actuators are set up correctly, and potentially setting up shop time to tune the boost controller on closed loop rather than the open loop it is set to now. Think if it's set up on closed loop to take the O2 reading, that should deal with these last bits. Will try to update again as I go.
