We'll be doing a drag day for sure. If we had a dinner up the Woomb would you be keen to come?

Bro Im keen for any meet up, I just dont have a car (the diahatsu daily dosent count lol) I'd definitely do a tbar dinner I'm sure Chris would aswell (hopefully sonnyQ and tommis85 and me lah, will be in aswell)

If the drag days around the middlish of the year I'll try my hardest to have the Skevy (skyline + Chevy) tuned and drivable (may or may not have a big stallie and full manulised by then lol)

Lovely miserable weather hear in qld, good turnout at the drifting at qr last night. There's some crazy drivers in this state, pouring down rain and nobody backed off if anything they went harder

I just picked up a copy of black ops 2, and have scheduled phantom meetings in for the afternoon so I can sneak off home to play it

This is skill, alternatively bring tv and console to work, say u are not to be disturbed due to important business... Play all day

Spotted Noel out at willowbank tonight, I was in the grand stand he was near the start line... For a brief moment I was gona walk down, then he disappeared into oblivion (ie I duno where he went and didn't see him for the rest of the night )

He would have been standing next to me and Sean (tuner from EFI). I build the engine for the red VL "IGNITE" and we were trying to get an 8.60 but best we did was a 8.71 @ 157mph.

Ah righto man, nah he was alone when I saw him, I only saw one pass from the "ignite" vl (seemed as though something let go around 3/4 track? Hopefully nothing to serious mate :) )

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
