Just like that, he was gone.

Tony's always right.

There you go again, stating incorrect facts.

Yes. Incorrect, facts. headsplode?

Tony's always right.

except you are not because old mate Watto and Chris Rogers(not the audio express one) did save the day. Looks like we are going to post a bit of a first innings lead. This is a really closely run series. Loving it!

Gym after work is always a bad time, I need to take pre workout to just feel normal.

To be honest i dont go directly after. i finish work at 5:30-6 then hit the gym at about 8:30. gives me time to have a littel rest and get some food into me before i go. What pre workout do you use? I used to be a big Jack3d fan before they had to change the formula. I'm currently using Muscle Pharm Assault for the first time. Pretty good, very similar to Black Powder I've found... Not the biggest fan but it does the trick

I normally go directly after work because the gym is on my way home and I like to get it out of the way, I lose motivation if I go home first.

I like to change my pre's after each tub, I've found F=MA and Bullnox Endorush work well. I have a high tolerance to stims so a lot of pre's don't have much effect on me.

The old Jack3d didn't do much for me but it might have been because it was an old tub, I'm about to try Mesomorph 2.0 so I'll see if it's any good.

Want to grab my mesomorph to try it?

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
