My grandparents wanted to get me plates for my 21st as well. After ages of trying to think of something clever/funny i gave up and went for [5KYLINE]

custome plates do look alot better than the blue and whites but i can imagine they make you an easy target. I havent had any problems yet but time will tell. I had these written down as well

SKYLIN3 5KYL1NE there are heaps of variations.

forgot what car it was, but it had plates TIHZ H0 ... was trying to figure out what it said, until i figured out if you saw it on your rearview it said OH SHIT... i thought it was smart considering this was years ago.

if i had 9 letters i'd have M33GORENG ... and on the left hand side of the bumper get a small sticker saying 'powered by...' :D

... second thoughts, i wouldnt actually. DR 30 WA would my cheap and perfectly sensible option imo. or FJ 20 WA, 4DOOR30, list goes on...

bah dont listen to the crap about having custom plates and being picked on.

we have 3 cars, all with custom plates and have NEVER had a problem, the tip is to not drive like a friggin moron in your local area. its pretty simple! :D

Shaun

well without spaces thats 7 letters, and with spaces its 9, which is a fair bit more cash ay? ALso wondering is it possible to have not exactly 5, 7 or 9 letters etc. Like say FR33 ?

You can have any number up to the maximum depending on type of plate.

At uni I've seen a shitbox with the plates OMGWTF. It goes nicely with the rust it has

yeh saw a lancer with OMG WTF parked in that alley way behind Saigon / Chinatown / across-the-road-from-pot-back area... omg wtf ffs stfu gg sif have that number plate etc etc

    • Plan on the day will be to park trackside. Depending on space availability we will try put a small shade tent and a few of the cars on top of the hill inside turn 3, this is an easy to get to parking area with views of Turn 2, Turn 3, Turn 4 and Turn 5 and limited other pieces of the view around the track. IMPORTANT NOTE! One consideration from previous years is from memory the trackside parking sells out before the admission tickets, for that reason I encourage anyone planning on coming to buy tickets for parking now via the official website; https://www.worldtimeattack.com/ The type of parking you are looking for is 2 Day Park & View (Access Around Venue) Vehicle Pass Only Please note this does not include admission to the event itself, remember to grab that also, and kids under 12 get in for free!

    • Good time for a carbon roof
    • Not in any way aroused by any of those, except maybe the big AMGs. And that would break my never a Euro, ever, rule.
