Harlequin Paint..

I'm thinking of harlequin paint, say black to silver on the stag..

Anyone here know of or recommend a business ??

regency sprayed my body kit and i said to them no fussed about a great job and for what i paid they did a top job and that is also who imports101 reconmends!

yeh i agree , if you are going for a paint that is tricky from what iv heard to work with its best to go with a well known quality place such as lombardi bros, harlequin paint already costs a bit y not pay a bit more to get a finish you know will be good

Make sure you insurance company covers the paint, wouldnt want a hard to insure car impossible to insure.

he did my car, and ive seen some other sweet paint jobs roll out of his shop too (masTers to name one)

sucks to be u if u have to respray cause of stonechips, minor dent etc... cause the paint wont blend with the other panels and will look shithouse...

so basically a full respray is needed even for a slight dent or scratch usually to get it all flush with other panels etc again.

Indeed! I know of several insurance companies that won't have a bar of you of you've got Harlequin paint

Had a chat with Brett the other day seems like a top bloke, been needing to get rid of the huge nismo spoiler for a while now but its not gonna be cheap .

The harlequin paint looks awlsome seen the supra couldnt agree more, but it would be too hard to maintain I rekon.

I see a harlequin (purple to blue) MR2 with P plates on it every day on the freeway. I really don't like Harlequin on everyday cars

apparently smart asses if they know any thing about harlequin paint have a tendency to key them as they know a touch up job wont give the same affect as before!

Difference is a Liberty didnt go out of fashion before the change of the millenium.

If your really keen on it go for it, but its an old and uncool trend.

Flake and pearls are the new hotness.
