i can't see how it would be unmetered mate. think about what you are saying. the air goes into the airbox, then through the air flow meter how is that unmetered?

Yep my bad, sorry :(

Beer Baron

He simply made a mistake.

He's had MAP in his R33 for some time now so that's his excuse I'd suggest :)

Ammmm, yeah................ that's it, i'll use that as my excuse for brain fade

:(

GO THE MAP!!!! :sorcerer:

blitz pod ay.. hmmm

did it make the cool spooling noise that Al's car makes ?

or does it make the anoying sucking noise most pod filters make ??

I cant really remember how different it was to Al's.... I did sound great though, i have tried to fit it to other cars but it is setup for a Skyline AFM...

i dont think the pod makes a difference to the sound

it will be the compressor and the intake piping

I would think so too.

But now i am going metal intake pipe too.

you wouldn't think so but it does. some of the k&n filters make no sucking noise, but you can still hear the bov. my mate had a k&n filter that is bigger at the top than where it goes onto the afm and it made no induction noise. then he changed to a different filter and it did.

i had the same filter on my old 180sx and it didn't make any induction noise either.
