heard some crazy rumours about how the power to weight ratio law will no longer apply and it will stricly be no turbos or v8s of anysort at all.

i highly doubt this but started to worry a bit when more then a few mates told me the same.

does anyone know a up to date source i can check the current or future laws of high powered vehicles?

maybe i'm wrong, but i was under the impression, people with existing license's were excused from these new laws, only people who get there license after the start date had to apply to these new laws.

people with existing licenses will be exempted from the new laws, however if you are breaking the current law (high powered vehicle) you will be also breaking the new law which may have worse penalties..

they have been trying to bring that in for as long as i can remember, its not gonna happen cause its very unpractical. What happens if a P plater works night shifts or in the early hours of the morning?
