post-14346-1184867158_thumb.jpg

My car after i had the accident. Cost me an arm and a leg to get her looking how she does, but i'm almost finished. I'll upload some more pics when i get better photos taken.

Car was also dynoed the other day with a touch over 200rwkw with RB25, so i'm like an excited little boy atm lol.

Yawn - your car is sex on wheels, i've seen it at chasers a few times and i love it

OMG how shiny is that!!!

By the way, where's that shot taken? under the Westgate bridge?

What rims are those on the car? Are they correct fit on the r32 gtst? no spacers etc?

femno - Nah it wasn't, it was some EXE organised track day quite a while back. Haven't had the chance to go back after that as my engine gave up the ghost, hence the lousy time in my sig. Can't wait to get back there for the 2nd time to give the track a proper go :)

Phantom32 - Haha cheers, although I don't know what you see in it when Allen's car is always parked nearby :D . I've seen you around quite a bit too, not just at Chasers. Nice plates :)

Rekin - They are Bee-R B5 copy wheels. They will definitely fit 32gts-t if you buy the right size and offset.

They look like Koya Drift Teks which look as close to Bee-R wheels as your likely to get. Pretty cheap too, there's sponsor on ns.com that sells them for $270 or so each.

farken good looking imo. :D

hey sorry for late replys been busy hitting the piss lol

omg sunday hangovers suck b*lls

the rims are drifteks - i got told they were mu's secret when i bought them which was prob a lie - 8's on the front and 9's on the back with +30 offset all round, no spacers required.

they were silver, looked great and were very light.

interlopers on the ball

yawn - i drop my load everytime i see allen's car but i'll never be able to affford it so no point drooling lol

cheers for all the compliments btw. good to have all your hard work and efforts recognized ey

    • Have you done the Ignition Sync Wizard in the AEM software?
    • Find out what RPM it was idling at with the IACV unplugged. It's very weird that the rpm didn't change at all, and then it stalled. When it stalls is it nearly like a switch off, like you've turned the engine off? Or is it more stutters and sputters and coughs to death over a few seconds? Or does the RPM just slowly keep going down and down? Have you done a test of trying to start it with the AFM unplugged? Does it still die?     If you Follow Josh's advice on using Nistune to check the voltages (which is a perfect method!) if you see anything out of wack voltage wise, THEN get the multimeter out and read the voltage directly at the sensor. If the two vary, then you're now looking for a wiring issue vs a sensor issue. So be aware, what the ECU sees, may not be what the sensor is actually saying too...
    • You very likely need to get it on a dyno and tune it. My assumption is, you've got an RB25DET tune in it, which has a different manifold, different injectors, and different cams as a minimum. What O2 sensor are you running?   When you say it runs extremely rich from idle all the way to redline, is this just free revving it you see that?
    • I seem to the be only person that is using a Haltech 2500 on an NA motor, I've installed a Bosch DBW throttle body to the OEM intake manifold and am having problems maintaining AFR even with the wideband o2.  It will run extremely rich at idle and up to redline, but under load it will go extremely lean in the 20s and i'm essentially having to rev it over 4k and feather the clutch to get it up to speed.  I've read a few other threads of about the butterfly, it seems removing the vacuum to it is supposed to have it remain open, i've noticed no difference under 4k with the vacuum line to it plugged.  I'm hoping someone here has had luck using the NA manifold with Haltech, and if they happen to have a tune for it.
