LatinR33
Just a thought if a custom parcel shelf is made is it possible to fit one (if your crazy enough 2) 10 inch sub there?? Just a thought. Cause if it is then splits up front and sub(s) in parcel tray would be awesome for someone who doesnt want to put subs in boot. Is it at all possible or is it just a pipe dream??? Nismo_God
trying to think is it even big enough for a 10".....it be a tight squeeze....id say 2 is out of the question.... unless u put a tilt on them.....but that will tough...either restrict vision and be above or burry them.... LatinR33
cool cool, just wondering cause a mate of mine is selling his 10 inch pioneer sub there the free air bullet kind. So i started wondering. Splits up front for nice treble and a 10 inch in the tray for added bass. anyone out there know of someone who has attempted this?? or whether its a feasible idea. Chris Rogers
pull the seat out. look at it from a different angle. a 10" sub will go in BEHIND the seat BUT you will need a LOT of power and the ENTIRE boot will need to be sealed off from the car for it to work. sub on the rear shelf - no. depth for one legality 2nd, Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/175523-sub-in-parcel-tray-possible/#findComment-3217064 Share on other sites

wolverine
you can squeeze a 10" sub in a small enclosure next to the battery. ask the professionals here which 10" subs will work best in smaller enclosures. Trav33
What mid-high range 10" subwoofer is best suited to a small enclosure? By small, i am thinking approx 1 cubic foot or so. phenline
hey i had 2 8inch subs and a set of splits in my old custom backself need to watch out for all the stuff under them though dont forget i think you could put two 10s in there as long as they where shallow mount if they where not you would have to think about getting a small battery you can mount on its side. definatly do able and sounds fine Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/175523-sub-in-parcel-tray-possible/#findComment-3221026 Share on other sites
