Anyone know if changing rego's over to WA is a big deal over here? In Adeliade they are complete nazi's and love defecting Jap imports. esp if it's obviously modded like mine..:P

Hey guys have been on these forums for a while but never done the intro.

Cruise/event attendance rate: Pretty much nothing atm, will be looking for some cruises and get into the club scene and attend some events, extend my sweet crew a little.

Music taste: DnB! breakbeat, rock, AUS Rap etc. (I'l appreciate any genre except pop if it's decent) - I hate pop so hard.

Hey guys im fairly new to this forum just bought my r33 s2 white,lowered,fmic,3 inch turbo back,splitfire coilpacks,apexi pod,red painted calipers jap spec double din head unit,led tail lights..thats about it..

in two weeks should have bodykit,5zigen rims and then boosted.

Just thought id introduce myself and in particular try and find some SOR people.

Ive seen a handful of nice skylines between kelmscott(where i live) and cannington,dunno if theyre on here,try to give thumbs where applicable :whistling:

Looking forward to getting some pms and get into some cruises.

Well hope to seeya on crusie`s which there happens to be one on Friday night allthou it may not be a very big one as most people don't like cruising when there is double demerits in place.

Hey man, i used to be in the seville grove area. . got a mate with a white 33 and c/f bonnet who also lives in the area, and another friend that lives in kelmscott with a white 33 and white rims. . you might she her round as i think she works in kelmy too

hah i live in seville grove,i followed that guy one time :whistling:

i think i saw that chick today,had pink wiper arms and ARC printed intercooler?

she was blocking the entrance to iga :) but moved for me.

      I also used Knox driveshafts when I the slip yoke T56 to the 3bolted TR6060 type. I believe I was one of his first jobs as it literally changed hands when I was there, started by the old owner and finished by the new. Everyone seemed pretty great about it. So wasn't shy/seemed pretty knowledgeable when dealing with weird custom people like me.

      We used Knox Drive shafts years ago when we were doing gravel rally, good guy but I heard it had changed hands? He's got a lot of stuff and is miles cheaper than GJ and so on. He used to have a lathe setup with a MIG torch on the tool holder so he could get the uni welds just right, quite a clever guy. I just got a driveshaft done for my sequential installation and that was through Balancing Services Australia in Preston, they did the Gibson cars in the old days. New genuine CV's, billet yoke, new centre bearing and chome moly shaft was $2k.

      Thanks for sharing that mate, I've got a couple of spares on the shelf but all the unis are tight....will give old mate a shout. BTW are you sure it wasn't just a $400 paint job? Any detail of what they replaced (cut/reweld?)

      Yeah I saw that about the US Q50 recently, apparently it was shown to Inifiniti dealers (probably to help with their depression about the cars they can sell). Seemed like a really obvious step to me, the platforms are very similar in many ways. Even if there aren't many people who actually put the money up it should really help with image/reputation. What hasn't been clear anywhere if that is a V38 model of if they are just going to add the trans as an option in a new model year. What they did with the Z from 370z to "Z" is just weird so I'd be surprised if they released this as a V38. Great news for me to have an option; it is far from confirmed that I can get any decent track sessions through the auto so having a manual I can swap to is great.
