I saw it too (sat on the doorsill ) and used to chat to the owner, when I saw it was a bright sunny day and so was quite a light smurfy blue - I have a vid of it somewhere from years ago as it drove past and beeped at me.

I had my doubts when it was coming towards me but then it passed me it sounded like sex on wheels and it looked like sex on wheels my jaw fell out the window and i had a massive bulge in my pants. tried to grab the next u-turn but i was then hit by a red light so i could catch up to it and drive beside it.
