hay ive got a 1994 s1 skyline with the fog lights and indecators in the front bar, but ive got no button for the fog lights and i dont even know if there is any in there haha. just wondering if i was to put some h3 lights in there where could i wire them up to or where are they supposed to be wired up to????

i think it was an option on the S1's. mine doesnt have lights in there either.

caution: i remember reading that the plastic in these units isnt made to handle the heat of lights. so maybe use LEDs or soemthing small.

My Type M S1 had globes, wiring, etc but no little twist-knob on the indicator stalk. I pulled the surround off the steering column and there was a little two-wire connector there, just taped back against the rest of that loom. short out the two pins - foggies on. For a while I had a little switch wired up to this connector, but after a while I ended up picking up an indicator stalk which had the fog dial and swapping that in. Just wanted it to look factory rather than an aftermarket switch!

i like how you got the pic of the white R33 with it marked on to show what globes go where.

1 of them for all the models would be awesome!

totally up to yourself, but maybe speak with DAN666 who runs the interior globe sales thread.

Maybe we could get a list of every globe on most our cars.

cheers

Well if I can get definitive answers on what bulbs go where (I will probably need confirmation, unless I go around my mates cars with a socket set :P) then I can certainly make more of those pics :D

I can confirm that the front indicator light bulbs for R33 Series 2 GTS-T are T15s which are about 35mm x 15mm

The parkers are T10s as well as rear number plate light bulbs and side indicator bulbs

The interior centre dome festoon bulbs are the 31mm types known also as 3022

The driver and passenger interior bulbs are BA9S 1895

the rest is pretty much covered in the 1st post

Yeah i've got a 1995 Series 1 and i've got my fog light switch on the stalk, just have to twist it on or off.

I'm definately going to replace most my lights with blue now lol, i've got like a blue theme going lol.

    • Plan on the day will be to park trackside. Depending on space availability we will try put a small shade tent and a few of the cars on top of the hill inside turn 3, this is an easy to get to parking area with views of Turn 2, Turn 3, Turn 4 and Turn 5 and limited other pieces of the view around the track. IMPORTANT NOTE! One consideration from previous years is from memory the trackside parking sells out before the admission tickets, for that reason I encourage anyone planning on coming to buy tickets for parking now via the official website; https://www.worldtimeattack.com/ The type of parking you are looking for is 2 Day Park & View (Access Around Venue) Vehicle Pass Only Please note this does not include admission to the event itself, remember to grab that also, and kids under 12 get in for free!
