SRS13
Try it in water and let us know what you think.... I've had 7 days off straight! That's the longest break I have had 18months!!! What about you guys, do you take periodic breaks? If so is there a pattern to it or just when you feel like it? How long? No Crust Racing
Mix what in water? Who are you talking too lol As for breaks, I'm a serial break avoider and have had to learn it's ok to skip a session. I try and listen to my body. If I've had a big weekend on the car and haven't recovered from Fridays session I might take Monday off. No Crust Racing
Hah, smart arse. It's only a page or two back tops. Anyway mixes fine, I got a couple very tiny clumps when using my mild shaker, none in my ball shaker. Tastes fine too. Birds
Includes delivery to my door, which is cheaper than Iron Edge do it for without delivery ($30). markos
In the 5 1/2 years I've had PTC I've never had to pay for it, Ironedge give me boxes of the stuff, thats why I was unaware of its price. It does last a very long time, so I suppose $30 a year is pretty cheap Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/360/#findComment-6902923 Share on other sites
bozodos
I'd been considering using chalk lately, as our gym is often farking humid during the cooler weather - I used to use gloves but seem to get a better grip on things bare handed. Got my Bulk Nutrients WPI yesterday, mixes with a lot less water than what I'm used to, but a lot more watery than my ON stuff. Tastes pretty good though, and certainly a lot cheaper than the bro science claiming, heavily marketed alternatives.
