Also Dan...do a pinch test with your stomach skin/fat...it's the cheapest and easiest way to see if you're gaining or losing fat. It's not accurate, but it's better than looking in the mirror and it doesn't need to be accurate. Good biofeedback.

This is basically how I control how much junk food I can afford to eat or need to cut back on to sit around my happy 10%

Im going to say there isn't too much muscle mass gained there. but thats only my opinion

Interesting, I'd always thought that squatters got bums. What are you basing this off? Just personal experience? A study?

Glutes, hamstrings and quads. They make your butt bigger.

This is what I thought, but maybe I just want that to be the case because I'm now J-Lo...

Why can't you be more like Troy and send money without all these legitimate questions.

I'll be sending a sample of BN chocolate as it's one of the most commonly purchased proteins/flavours on here and it's the only one I've got. I based the cost on only sending in one sample. I assume $50 or whatever it costs will only cover one sample.

If it doesn't go ahead or there are any indiscrepancies, I'll just refund your monies through PayPal.

OK I'm on board.

I hear people talk about this but what's the best way to go about it?

If the chocolate tests positively, then no real reason to do any other flavour. Good enough indicator that they're legit.

Agreed, I'm using the WPC but if they are right about the WPI then I'll assume they are legit.

I'm gonna assume it's his mum's, lol.

Also again I don't see the point in testing multiple products. Test 1 (choc WPI) - if it's pretty well spot on what the label claims for protein content, then we should be confident all their products will also meet their label claims.

This is amusing for 2 reasons.

1) The subject and message content was not mum appropriate.

2) 16yr old using mums account... lol

He's not legally allowed to have his own paypal account.

(I realise a 16yr old totally can have one, shaddup :P)

I was basing it off the fact that even if your muscles have grown, the reason you are larger is because the fat hasn't disppeared. unless youve grown ridiculous amounts of muscle.

At 10% bodyfat women start to get problems, their periods stop etc, or become very infrequent. They start to look manly in the face. Most mistake that for being on gear.

I'm talking about a true 10% on a dexa scan, not a broscience one

    • I think Fitmit had some, have a look on there (theyre Australian as well)
    • Hah, fair enough! But if you learn with this one you can drive any other OEM manual. No modern luxury features like auto rev-matching or hillstart assist to give you a false sense of confidence. And a heavy car with not that much torque so it stalls easily.
    • Actually, I'd say all three are the automatic option. Just the different trim levels. The manual would be RSFS, no?
    • What Duncan said sounds right. Also, it looks like they only have the driver's mat. Not the rest. Because looking at the diagram: KG4911 is just the mat for the driver. KG4900 is the full set if I'm not mistaken and discontinued.   But, it looks like they may still have the full set for the manual S2. Might be worth checking for the other models as well as they seem slightly different. https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/nissan-japan/stagea/wgnc34/6649-rb25det/misc/G49 Man, I'm tempted.
    • I dunno about that as a blanket statement. Pitwork is Nissan's "Nissan genuine" thing, and for stuff like timing belts, I have found them to be excellent. Of course, for things like oil filters, you always use proper trusted brands anyway, not whatever the OEM has taken to using.
