"possibly attributing"

I think the sleep pattern issue is definitely the supp, i think the aggression is just being so f**king tired and just worn the f**k out (and possibly amplified by the supp?) Work/home etc has been mad busy and then weekends roll around and I spent 12hrs doing shit I hate doing and while I had success, it was a hard slog, stuffed today so it may just be stress related.

As for low test levels, it shouldn't be an issue by now, if you're referring back to my comments from when Ella was born and being too emotional, that shit is supposed to stop around the 1yr old mark, she's 19mths old now. Granted I might just be a huge pussy though.

Anyway, just sharing what I'm seeing. Really should have had a blood test done before and after.

Yeah, I think I read somewhere that you had low levels, that's probably it.

I've used it before, Hard to say as to whether it did what it's meant to do with myself as there are too many other variables and I've made progression without it just as much.

I was wondering if I did because since having Ella my emotional responses are much worse/amplified than before and I was going heavily backwards in training - but sleep is a big factor in both of those as well plus months of sickness etc - having a kid is not conducive to staying fit and healthy.

Tiredness alone will give you irritability

Strong correlation with intolerance for everyday grievances and all it takes is a big one to come along and make you lose your shit

Well Friday's gym session went surprisingly well, added a bit of weight to everything and got it all out, but that could be reintroducing creatine or having more protien or having dropped reps and adding weight for stimulus etc.

2 things I am finding and possibly attributing to the DAA is that my sleep patterns are bad, i am now dropping the dose and only having it in the morning and that when annoyed I seem to get angry, quite angry for me. I had to remove a star picket on the weekend and almost lost my shit because I couldn't get it out. Grabbed my sledge hammer and beat the shit out of it (got it out though) and managed to damage the garden bed also. I haven't raged like that for a while. Might be unrelated as I've been very busy/tired etc but still something to note.

DAA does nothing. Simple test for anything claiming to boost performance. Is it banned to use in sporting comps? No = waste of money.

Doesn't boost hormone levels , if it did significantly then it would be banned. placebo effect only. If you really want elevated hormone levels then go on roids. Anything claiming to be able to give the same or similar effects to roids would ,if it actually worked, give you the same negative complications and require the same management.

Stop wasting your money.

Fair enough Rev, for $10 I'm willing to see out the pack.

I can say without doubt that it has affected my ability to get to sleep/stay asleep and I'm not getting the 3:30itis I did have. Does that mean anything to do with Testosterone? No idea, but it's a very noticeable difference.

Sleep and stuff.

Plasma TV are the worst from what I am told, but any bright thing be it TV or other bright screens will screw with your melatonin.

Turn off and tune out at least 2 hours before bed.

Don't have a big meal before bed.

Swap out your high wattage globes around the house where you relax, low wattage in the loo as well, it only takes a short burst of bright light to put you into day mode.

No TV or computers in your bed rooms, the bed room is a place for sleep and the only entertainment should be sexy time.

Another good thing with this is you end up talking to and interacting with your family members instead of being a zombie staring at a screen which is another health benefit.

Remember the old adage of "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise".

I feel sorry for shift workers that constantly work between 10pm and 6am , that is the most unnatural and unhealthy way to live.

Me, I wakeup at least twice a night for a piss (no I don't have prostate cancer), I'm old and drink a shit tin of water.

just received my order of NO3X pre workout and some creatine. Have three weeks off over Christmas, so hoping to use that time to make some progress.

What flavour NO3X did you get?

I'm loving the watermelon atm, apple/raspberry was my previous favourite

Sleep pattern getting better as I lower the DAA amount.

See how I go tonight as I skipped Monday due to massive weekend on the tools (I even had a really hot bath on Sunday night to hepl and I never have baths...)

I went pineapple/orange, hoping that it may be the more subtle one of the lot.

Quick delivery. Ordered it on Tuesday and they tried to deliver yesterday. Pick it up today

I liked pineapple/orange. Tasted a bit much like chemicals, but I was having a double scoop and diluted with less water, so was ridiculously strong. Definitely noticed positive effects from it, though like most PWOs/stims lately, it upsets ze guts a little. Bloat like crazy, feel like I've just consumed a banquet haha

Bloating side will just be my shitty digestive system. I think it *may* be the creatine pulling too much water through into my guts lol.

But yeah, I definitely noticed more energy, focus, strength, etc from it. If I didn't get the sides I spoke of, and it wasn't bad to use a PWO all the time....I'd use it every session haha

I bought the small pouch of DAA from BN in my last order. Used it for 4 weeks straight with 3g daily. No effects at all so I don't use it anymore.

Protein Powder recipes (desserts, snack food blah blah blah). Good snacks to take to the office.

Nope, still sleep like a log. Too many real life factors that contribute to sleep problems, but if you are noticing that DAA is perhaps causing you the problems, then best you lay off it.

    • Even more fun, leave all the ADAS stuff plugged in, but in different locations, hopefully avoid any codes!   And honestly, all these new cars with their weird electronics. Pull all the electronics out Duncan, and just shove an aftermarket ECU and if needed a trans controller in, along with a PDM. Make it run basic but race car styled!
    • To follow up a question from earlier too since I had the front bar off again (fking!) This is what is between the bumper and the drivers side wheel And this is the navigator side, only one thing but its a biggy! So basically....no putting coolers in the wheel arches without a lot of moving other stuff. Assuming I move to properly race prepping this car I'll take that job on and see how the computers respond to removing a whole bunch of ADAS modules
    • So I prepped the car for another track day on Wednesday (will be interesting to see coolant temps post flushing out and the larger reservoir, with a forecast of 3-14 being 20o cooler than last time I took it out). Couple of things to mention; since I am just driving the car and not taking a support vehicle, I took the rear seats out and just loaded the back up Team Trackday style. Look at all that space! To cover off removing the rear seat....it is weird (note the hybrid is probably different because it wouldn't have folding rear seats) Basically, you remove the lower seat base, very similar to a r series but it is a clip that pulls forward to release the base rather than it being bolted down. Easy Then, you need to remove the side section of the rear seat on each side. There is a 14mm head nut at the bottom of the side piece, the it slides upwards off a hook at the top to release; you also need to unhook the seatbelt from the loop at the top. Then the centre piece is weird. You need to release/fold the seats forward with the tab in the boot on each side From there, there are 2,x12mm headed bolts holding the rear of each seat to the folding bracket, under the trim between the rear seat and the boot (4x christmas tree clips there, they suck). The seat is out but you can see where the bolts attach to the bracket
    • As discussed in the previous post, the bushes in the 110 needed replacing. I took this opportunity to replace the castor bushes, the front lower control arm, lower the car and get the alignment dialled in with new tyres. I took it down to Alignment Motorsports on the GC to get this work done and also get more out of the Shockworks as I felt like I wasn't getting the full use out of them.  To cut a very long story short, it ended up being the case the passenger side castor arm wouldn't accept the brand new bush as the sleeve had worn badly enough to the point you could push the new bush in by hand and completely through. Trying a pair of TRD bushes didn't fix the issue either (I had originally gone with Hardrace bushes). We needed to urgently source another castor arm, and thankfully this was sourced and the guys at the shop worked on my car until 7pm on a Saturday to get everything done. The car rides a lot nicer now with the suspension dialled in properly. Lowered the car a little as well to suit the lower profile front tyres, and just bring the car down generally. Eternally thankful for the guys down at the shop to get the car sorted, we both pulled big favours from our contacts to get it done on the Saturday.  Also plugged in the new Stedi foglights into the S15, and even from a quick test in the garage I'm keen to see how they look out on the road. I had some concerns about the length of the LED body and whether it'd fit in the foglight housing but it's fine.  I've got a small window coming up next month where I'll likely get a little paint work done on the 110 to remove the rear wing, add a boot wing and roof wing, get the side skirt fixed up and colour match the little panel on the tail lights so that I can install some badges that I've kept in storage. I'm also tempted to put in a new pair of headlights on the 110.  Until then, here's some more pictures from Easter this year.
    • I would put a fuel pressure gauge between the filter and the fuel rail, see if it's maintaining good fuel pressure at idle going up to the point when it stalls. Do you see any strange behavior in commanded fuel leading up to the point when it stalls? You might have to start going through the service manual and doing a long list of sensor tests if it's not the fuel system for whatever reason.
