Some more protein from Bulk Nutrients turned up for me today. Got myself 4kg of vanilla and 1kg of banana (I ordered 5kg of vanilla and asked if they could sub 1kg out for 1kg of banana :D). So far the vanilla is exactly as I expected - really tasty. It's a subtle vanilla taste, like you'd just put a heap of essence into milk. As always, mixes with absolute ease.

Can't wait to taste the banana though :D

Re: bulk nutrients

Bought 1kg of chocolate micellar - tastes watered down compared to the normal chocolate WPI

1KG of vanilla wpi - tastes great.

5kg of chocolate mint - rubbish. Tastes like a chocolate shake after u brush your teeth.

FFFUUUUUUU!

^Correction: Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard

I bought a 2.2kg tub of this last week for the first time. I got Extreme Milk Chocolate, taste's OK I guess...but the BCAA's and Glutamine profile they put in it make's up for it

Deadlifts now slotting in as a favourite exercise...feels good man. Hamstring/inner leg cramps = not so lol.

I feel the same brah. Deadlifts are win, hardly being able to walk or stand up straight for the next few hours is a little less than win...well, it certainly doesn't feel like win.

Haha my legs are f**ked today, but it feels great knowing I've activated a lot of muscle that I normally don't. Now just need to get back into the squats and I'll be set, no more chicken legs.

Try having to ride home afterwards! it's about a 3 minute chillaxed ride to my gym, nice and flat all the way.....then on the way home after legs it's like WHAT THE f**kKKK

    • With the system, once you drive it for a bit, and before you turn the car off, does the car fix its date and time? When you say the date is wrong, what date does the vehicle think it is, and does it always show the same date? My thoughts from a process driven view is; The system may be defaulting to a standard start date/time. The main reason you'd typically see this occuring, is the system is losing its constant/backup power supply.   If its always defaulting to the same date/time at start up, and especially if it fixes itself while driving, I'd say either the non volatile memory has an issue, or the power supply to the volatile memory that stores this information.   The other thing I'd check is if there is anywhere in the system you can adjust the date and time from. If the date/time is still moving forward since it wished you happy new year, then it is 100% possible the system has just had a bit of data corruption occur, and you likely need to find a way to reset the date/time in the vehicle.
    • Scissor Jacks are an accident waiting to happen, the only time they should be used are in an roadside flat, even then a tyre and rim should be placed underneath
    • You know how your car rolled through a fence in your last jacking escapade? Scissor jacks increase the likely hood of that sort of thing happening immensely!
