Start off in The USA and buy a cheap Cadillac convertible, Then proceed to drive south into mexico...Spend some time touring there a bit and go sight seeing all the way through central America. Then from there start touring around South America seeing all to see.

Yer gotta go do the drive the US thing, that would be awesome. Have to see NY at some point, maybe next year.

Great wall? hope you're fit, that was bloody exhausting and i took a short cut. And the bastards covered the main pagoda in the forbidden city in scaffolding, i think that's down now though.

I think Long Thanh is basically paved over now isnt it? went to Cu Chi which is right near there. They have guns and stuff they let you shoot, it was pretty cool, tunnels gave me the fear though.

Going to see Cairo and Tel Aviv in september and apart from that id have to take the unlimited funds euro trip, or a trip on spaceship one, though thats a little pricey.

Edit: oh Long Thanh is all the way out there is it. thought it was closer.

Somewhere in Canada, will probably get there at some point through work.

Liverpool in England to watch Everton play at home

Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

Las Vegas & the Bahamas, same as Canada

Spain

Miami, USA

I would like to see Scotland and Germany where my family originates, Canada to catch up with my friend over there, get back to New Zealand and see Japan as it has me fascinated. Oh and run my car on a real track which I dont have here

yawn...

I'm lazy...

On a serious note though, I'd love to go through Rural Italy and see the many ruins from Classical times...

Padua is a beautiful city and I'd love to go back again, as are Siena, Assisi and Florence, problem with Italy is that there are heaps of sharks, lots of people waiting to rip you off...

Venice gave me the shits, and it stinks to boot.... Plus it is full of pigeons... I hate pigeons...

Greek islands are a must, Naxos, Myconos, Santorini (Thera), Paros, Samos, Lemnos, Lesbos, Samothrace, Thasos, Corfu, Chios, Crete, Rhodes, and Ithaca...

Love to go see the main cities of Athens, Corinth, Larissa and Thessalonika.

One day, I'd love to travel around the Southern Caucasus, go see Georgia and Armenia.. The cities of Batumi, Kutaisi, T'Bilisi (Tiflis), and Yerevan are very historical and very nice with oodles of culture...

Wouldn't mind checking out the US at one stage, LA, Vegas, Cleveland, Detroit, NYC and Philly.. Gotta make it down the Florida too!!! Orlando and Miami FTW!!!

We aren't getting married till I can afford to go to europe for our honeymoon..

Fly to Germany, hire a 911 (newer than my old ladys') and drive down through Switzerland into the north of Italy (family is from a little town outside Torino) then keep going down the Amalfi coast stopping off along the way.

Also want to go to Oklahoma D'Day in a couple of years... One of, if not, THE biggest paintball scenario game in the world.. 4000+ people over 5 days

One day I would also like my team to end up at the paintball World Cup :(

Why through car-hating Switzerland???

Why not through Austria?? You get really smooth roads and oodles and oodles of apple strudel....

und bier...

    • Is the panel filter one that is oiled? Have you ever cleaned or touched the AFM?
    • So.... the K&N air box thingo was too big, ended up gifting it to a mate, well, by gifting it he actually supplied food and beer at the pub,  which was nice, as it will not sit on a shelf in the garage for the next 10 years I did trim up some of the existing stuff to neaten it all up and gave it some wrinkle paint, unfortunately it currently has a used and abused mish mash of different types of hose clamps, 4 big fat T bolt type (shit), and a few normal clamps of vairing sizes and brands, but..... only until the 6 constant tension black worm clamps that I ordered from EFI solutions turn up next week Currently the current hose clamps are triggering me hard, LOL Is this the final version, probably not, I really want just 2 silicone pieces, a straight bit of silicone from the filter to the MAF is easy and will happen as soon as I head into Just Jap tomorrow, the problematic part is a 30° silicone bend from the MAF to the TB that I can connect the engine breather from the head, I found that there are bulk head fittings for boat bilge pumps that should work, but until I can get a 30° silicone bend the alloy pipe, and the 11ty thousand hose clamps, are there for the foreseeable future 4 hose clamps are golden, 6 are grudgingly acceptable, the 8 currently holding it all together is just taking the piss    I've also ordered 60 more retaining wall blocks for the front yard, I mis-gonculated the height that was required to get above the base of the Photinia's (red robin's) that are the hedge behind the front fence, currently it is 2 blocks high, and about 1/2 a block short, so going 3 blocks high will be above the base of the red robin's, and allow some room for mulch
    • It is the stock air box with the panel filter. Everything else is stock except the exhaust at this point, as I also went back to the cleaned 270cc injectors. I will check the RPM when the IACV is unplugged and report back.
    • As MBS suggested if this is happening when the engine is cold you're going to want to remove the intake air regulator and verify resistance + that the shutter is physically opening and closing. At -20C should be fully open, 20C half open, over 60C fully closed. At 20C should be 70-80 ohms. For AAC valve testing using a Consult cable see if you can raise and lower the idle by commanding more or less AAC duty cycle. Hopefully it's pretty linear as well, shouldn't be like 30% AAC valve is barely idling and 40% is 1500 rpm.
