VTEC you my arse... hate them... especially ones with loud exhausts.... hahahah

I hate ford and holden utes (or any other ute for that matter) that have massive RM WILLIAMS stickers plastered all over the rear windscreen. :whistling:

These utes also contain enormous mud flaps, huge skyscraping aerials, and enough fog lights to light up the MCG. funny thing is, they never seem to be dirty, and i only ever see them in the 'burbs, not the sticks...

My most hated car... is the most evil car of all time:

The TOYOTA TERCEL.

It doesn't know what it is... is it a 4WD? a wagon? a people mover?

And it is exceedingly ugly.

They should all be run off the road.

The Bundy Boys!!!

There's a number of them up my way, they are all accountants! and drive there crappy commondore and kingswood utes around, wearing Akubra's, oilskin Jackets and Moleskins, even in summer. Also, if you have a look at the aerials, none of them are actually connected...

HOLDEN COMMODORES!!!... I HATE THEM WITH SUCH A PASSION I CANT EVEN GET IT DOWN ON PAPER!!...bloody loud exausts and heavy arse shitbombs... p plater commodores always have like 4 people in the car...and they see my skyline and never stop harassing me... they think they're car is some 10 second V8... its always good to see they're faces drop as u boost past the asses!!!!.... i hate commodres and the people in them!!!.. trying to get the things sideways is just funny to watch...

AND utes!!!!.... grrrrrr.... for some reason ute drivers think they own the road.... those dam holden maloo things... junk peices of shizza!!!!

Mitsubishi Delica Van's... wtf? why would you buy one? look like they are gonna tip over any second, not to mention being extreamly ugly!

and they cost like $13k or something ridiculous!!!!

lol this thread cracks me up too!

Nissan nx...local kid has one, rediculous enormous frountmount almost dragging on the road, blowoff valve, biggest shopping list you'll ever see on the front guards...looks like he's thrown a small fortune at it, someone shoulda told him there's no point in trying to polish a turd.

got to hate those lancers

somebody should tell them tht a lancer with a bodykit is not an evo

frickin thing tried to run me off the road

LOL! Funny you say that cuz I saw a 2 door lancer with the full EVO 6 body kit and spoiler, muffler, circle tail lights and the number plate was EVOWNB = EVO wanna be (Maybe)

i think there is something wrong with people who drives commo's... cause its kinda ridiculus how they are all the same... my mate drives an evo 8... runs those fevo's(fake evo's) off the road..hehe... seems to be a touchy sibject that one.

I'm sure Commodore drivers have the same opinion of Skyline drivers and rightly so, I see a huge number of nobs driving Skylines.

Yep :P Every time i see a commodore pull up beside a Skyline, they try and race.. I've figured it out, Commodore drivers only do this because the skyline driver always takes the bait..

Followed a 33 down the Nepean Hwy the other night, and every set of lights, he tried his hardest to race whatever was beside him (few commos, a falcon, a z4 etc). Always beat them, even when they did try.

When i pulled up beside him, he turned up his stereo to prove how cool he was, then drove like a grandma.

Beating stock commodores from the lights doesn't make your car tuff.

:(

    • This looks great! Awesome to have the 5 speed with an LSD in this. The Recaro's look like SR2's or SR3's. It's a shame they've been retrimmed as they would have looked sweet in their original colours. I think I'd want my agent to be a little more up front and informative too. I've never imported but I reckon it would make me a little nervous, so the more info the better.
    • Thanks for doing that Duncan! Makes you a good person in my books. We don't get kangaroos or wombats here. But we have bats and it's similar. AFAIK it's often the mums with a baby attached that get hit because they drop lower when starting from a tree. If you hit an animal, check on it. https://www.ifaw.org/au/resources/wildlife-rescue-app An app to get the closest wildlife rescue contact.
    • My dream is also to have a proper hoist, but I don't think it will ever happen. My quickjack is probably as close as I'll ever get, it really is very good though.
    • Yeah we keep on in the dailies, it is pretty poor how many animals get hit and the driver leaves without checking....have saved a couple of little ones over the years. Bit of a gruesome job though, pouches generally need to be cut open because they are so tight and often the joey doesn't realise mum is gone so they are still locked onto the teat. I checked the modules in front of the DS wheel where an oil cooler should go.... There is the radar unit - that can go for race use) One of the 2 HX water pumps, the silver cylinder. That needs to be kept but might be able to be relocated But the bad news, the big computer mounted vertically in front of the wheel (blocking any potential air exit) is the electric steering computer. That is required until/unless i do a hydraulic steering conversion, and in CAD based modern car design it is not like I can just pop a big unit like that somewhere else (plus the loom would be too short anywhere else too). So, the passenger side is OK to clear out (just use a smaller washer reservoir, potentially elsewhere), but the DS no beuno
    • Well, all the best with the new camry It was interesting to hear about the UK process, it is generally a lot more streamlined here with a shipping agent looking after all the import side (noting the exact final price can still be a surprise.....) and I've used a few different brokers on the japan (or US) side, and never had any trouble with any of them....luck of the draw I guess. You mentioned you didn't get the auction sheet (understandable since you bought it from a dealer, not auction), but I always try and get hold of that because they are pretty thorough. I've imported 2x R grade vehicles over the years and both were fine, repairs in Japan are pretty thorough compared to here in Oz.
