And the missus thinks bikes are far sexier, yet she still won't let me get one!

Must be scared enough of me in a skyline...

Lol

Psych Profile:- If she won't let you get a bike, she's security oriented.

Girls are like that - Most girls...

Psych Profile:- (BUT) She thinks bikes are sexy? Of course they can be... but...

Girls can fantasise too (whilst I'm reading between the lines) - She's dressed up in leathers perhaps?

No, I think she's just sense oriented. She has a point, I would almost certainly die on a road bike, everyone else seems to. But I've been through a few dirt bikes that she seems to have no problem with so I can't complain.

A mate of mine bought a 900 Fireblade when he moved to the territory, back when they still had no speed limits. He recalls doing 260km/h, getting a slight speed wobble, then going home to change his undies and sell the bike.

I will always have a soft spot for the AM db9

sure it's not as flamboyant or ostentatious as ferrari and lambo flabours of the week,

but it has that certain timeless class that stands the test of time

from asthetic point of view, the F430 Scud shits on the new 458 Italia all day and everyday.....something about the look of the 458 just doenst sit right.....seem almost too generic, no wow factor.

I agree but its kinda like the r35 gtr, alot of people including me critisised it on paper but once on the road we can change our minds very quickly.

Trust me wait till you see that 458 in the flesh!!!!

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
