Yeah "both" cars = race car and the road car.

Bit of a bargain too I reckon, I hear a figure of $320k for the pair. Keep in mind the road car full Aussie delivery and is practically new.

I don't know if I'm supposed to tell what the new car is? lol

You know they have an R35 though huh.....

Is it possible to ever tire of listening to YT's Lambo?

Must own one of those before I die.

New engine... gee i wonder why!

Me too mate!

mate, if I wasn't engaged we could get hitched. just think. forget double the wardrobe! double the garage!!! plus we are both tall bastards so all our cars would have nice low seats for headroom and legroom. E30M3, few GTRs, your radical. match made in heaven. you pitcher or catcher? lol.

Kim Ledger was trying to get that done but I believe he was failing in his attempt.

mmmm I am confused, Mazda RX8 SP you cant buy but is running, R35 RC you can buy but you cant run it, I dont know how does it work ?

I believe because basically the SP spec brings the Rx8 up from M2 category to M1 category so it can compete with the factory spec M1 performance cars.

The R35 is M1 category from stock, so to allow modding it to super duper spec would be an unfair advantage.

Despite bring M1, Lambos were allowed to be modded to Super Trafeo spec as it was deemed necessary for them to remain competitive mainly due to requiring a decent gearbox.

However, the Lambos have now been deemed to far from real to be allowed to continue, and from now on are required to return to much closer to a road car..... no more sequential box etc.

    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
