I ask if you are seroius because if you dont know the answer to your own question, then there is no way you should consider tuning your own car. Will the next question be what is ignition advance?

It will be whats the cheapest you have rebuilt you engine for.

Ok I am serious but I would like to hear a second opinion!

I will not tune the car! I am not tuner.

But I don't know what to tell to the tuner to do with afr's!

I was thinking to tune it about high 10's afr at full throotle!

But as you said 11.5 I will do it!

What is the ignition advance?

You mean my static? I don't know but as I read I must put it at 20!

If you have any suggestion for ignition map tell me please.

I have power fc d-jetro in my hands! On Monday we will install it!

I will be interested to hear what sort of injector duty cycle you end up with using 800cc injectors and afr's around 11.0.

More important question imo is how much timing do you give the motor, afr's are only part of the picture. You will no doubt get some suggestions here but the people you want to hear from, experienced tuners, tend to keep this sort of info to themselves.

depends on the use of the car.. Personally, i'd be thinking ~11 under full boost and 12 coming on to boost. This will keep your pistons a bit cooler if you plan on doing track/drift. Your 800cc injectors will be fine for that turbo I'd be surprised if you have over 80% duty cycle. To be honest, this shouldn't be something you need to worry about - your tuner should know all of this stuff. Pump fuel you should be able to run 24psi safely enough. In terms of timing, again, your tuner should be calling the shots there.

Guilt-Toy who has stock bottum? You didn't read my signature?!?!? :ermm::(

Thanks for your replies!

We have pump fuel with 100octane!

With this fuel I can run only 24psi?

The using is DRAG :)

I am not disposed to use race fuels.. but can I use any type of octane booster like C5 VP Racing Octane booster?

Why would you have to tell your tuner what AFR's?

He/She should know that.

And 14.7 is safe provided you run the appropriate timing to suit it. But I suggest you stay on or below 12 if you don't know what you are doing.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
