Track day fun

SORRY GUYS, BUT DUE IN IN-SUFFICIENT NUMBERS, THE TRACK DAY IS CANCELLED

Guys,

Just seeing if any of your SAU guys/gals are interested in making your whales go around corners at an upcoming track day in Collie.

SilviaWA is trying to get numbers together for a track day on the 27th of September at the Collie Track. $50 per person will be the cost.

So, who's up for it? Or do you boys only go in straight lines?

im thinking about coming along to this one, the last one I went to a i had a ball (month ago), or ill be making it to the AFARCC one a few weeks following that.

if so, ill be bringing my gf's GZE rolla aswell for some fun

Sounds good to me. How many people are going on it? How many will be on the track at any one time? Are we covered by CAMS for third party insurance - ie if someone breaks a neck?

Cam,

Maximum of 30 people will participate, usually 5 - 7 cars on the track at one time, spaced well.

CAMS license covers public liability.

Yes, must be an R33 thing, they only go fast in straight lines or on dyno's

last one i went to there were a few 33's going around the track, aswell as a shitload of s13's, couple of 31's.. no 32's bar mine on the track though.

sprint series hill climb at dunsbrough is on that day ,and there are a few of us going down to watch Ken compete but would of been fun,next time for sure

Yeah you do, but a temp 1 day license can be issued, I think they are about $30.

I think the temp 1 day CAMS is alot more than $30. I thought that the SilviaWA club had the CAMS insurance thing covered. Hmmm.. Put me down as tentative for now. If I get pushed out of the list by others so be it.

One day CAMS is only around $30. A 1 year 2S license is only $81 or so.
