Have there been many results with the gtx3076r around the place?

I dont think on here.. I know the supra forums have some results, and also the S2K guys have some results too. A search in google gave me a lot of BS, if i have time later when i get home i'll post the links.

Have them in favourites on the lap top :) on the phone atm, sorry mate!

Marko - thanks for the reply. I'll go through and have another read, i remember reading that they are stock items in AMG's, etc? The flow rate is awesome.. Price isnt too much of a drama, would rather hold out a bit longer to get good equipment.

Feel free to post up how you go fitting it :)

That GT3582R compressor map isn't right... see from Garrett:

Damn, I knew it was too good to be true. How can the maps be different? I got that one off the ATP US website.

It does say 68mm not 82mm like the one you posted too.

Dajae - I bought a pierburg but haven't fitted it yet...I created a thread on my findings and what I can tell you is that it flows more than the aeromotive stealth by a decent margin but I can't recall the figures exactly.

As a comparison, Bosch 044 flows 200ltrs/min @ 5bar whereas the pierburg flows 360ltrs/min @ 5bar.

They are not cheap so expect to pay about $450 with a filter.

You wont regret it. I am running 2 of the suckers and together they are quieter than one walbro or bosch.

Great stuff, do you have them intank or external? How did you go about fitting them, not really a drop in? I had a quick search, but only found discussions on the use of them, not so much the fitting etc. My walbro is fairly quiet (although I dont really have much to compare it to), so if its even quieter, fantastic!

Veyron.. 4 of these pumps all together isn't it?

Ok, so some results for the GTX3076R .. Turns out it probably can flow enough for ~400rwkw :) but with all things, we should take this on board with some speculation. I mean like seriously, a Focus with over 400fwkw... With an intercooler the size of a cereal box? C'mon... Lol. Ok, enough jibber-jabber, linky time!

^ Bit of a comparo with a GT3076R.

^ The focus with 600whp..

^ Fairly good write up on some of the GTX range. You can see here why I'm pretty confident of the GTX3076R hitting ~400rwkw.

^ And finally, an RB25 making 534whp. I know, its not *quite* 400rwkw, but farout it's close! Awesome stuff.

I'm drooling at the thought of getting one now.. :D

There is no way that 240SX belongs to that dyno graph. Have a look at the way it ramps up compared to the power line.

There is also a very very very slim chance you would ever get a real 530rwhp from a GTX3076 and not on 26PSI.

On 20PSI the GT3076R is lucky to crack 300RWKW. 6psi more and a 10% more efficient compressor does no equal 130hp at the wheels. I'm betting methanol or nitrous help if the figure is right

On E85 I can fully see them hitting 400kw, as I've already said. On pump gas, I'm pretty confident of it NOT happening. You don't need >60lb/min of flow to make that kind of power when using flash fuels though.

a lot of dynos in the UK (if thats where the focus one is from) give readings based on some crap math for "flywheel" hp

Definately have to take this results with some sceptism, but the potential is there.

Lith, agreed with e85 400wkw would be achievable. Hopefully when r33_racer (sorry i dont know your name, im quite a n00b to the skyline community) gets the gtx on the 3.4, will see some similar results. Anyway, enough of me hijacking the thread.

Thanks for the input guys :)

Agree on the 240sx. To look at the car on the dyno it's hardly straining the dyno. To make that sort of power with a 4th gear run your going to be making upward of 8000N of tractive effort. When you are making 8000N you can tell that the car is wanting to leave the dyno - that car is barely moving on the dyno.

I don't believe it will be impossible to make 400rwkw with a gtx3076r but you will need high octane fuel min 105ron. And your may need to increase the cr to help the bsfc.

What makes you think it might not?

They take alot of meat out of the block to fit the 3.4 stroker. Have heard of a few blocks not holding up for long.

Have u tested one before?

Only what i have been told never seen

    • My bad, I unplugged the one underlined in red instead of yellow before. With the car started, after unplugging the IACV (the one underlined in yellow), it idled at around 400/500 for 3 seconds before stalling. Attempting to start the car without the IACV will not start the car.   It does stutter and sputter for around 5 seconds before dying. However, immediately after starting it, you can already hear some slight sputters from the exhaust.   It won't start with the AFM unplugged. If it is when the car has already started, it stalls in a few seconds.   Yesterday, I did take some logs using Nistune of 3 scenarios. Car idling till it stalls Car idling and unplugging the IACV Car idling and removing the AFM I also have some previous logs of when the Car is idling till it stalls and when driving and it cuts. I am not really knowledgeable enough to understand what to look for. After every test, car idles rougher and rougher, until I have to stop. It will be fine the day after.
    • There is no difference between a 17x8 and an 18x8. The total diameter of the tyre needs to remain +/- the same (so you don't mess up the gearing, speedo reading, and clearance when turning front wheels..... so you just need to use a lower profile tyre on th 18 than you do on the 17. /rocket surgery.
    • I thought the same to start with. But then I thought it was one of those LCAs where the end of the ARB goes through a bushing in the LCA itself, instead of having an end link.
    • Yeah - I mean, go the other way. Smaller range. Not larger.
    • To re-cap, I bought: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Lsailt-8G-Infiniti-Q50-Q60-2014_1601171829627.html?spm=a2756.trade-list-buyer.0.0.2cd476e9FTIlKE As you can see, if I bought 20 it was $653, but I bought 1 so it was $1,170. I was very tempted to buy 2 and resell 1 at 25% cheaper. @MBS206, I am not sure if they do a Kluger one, here is their list but it might be there under a global model name: http://www.lsailt.com/product/android-interface?page=1 Keep in mind these full android replacements have basically all the bits a phone does (cpu, ram, storage, wifi, bluetooth, usb interfaces) other than a screen (it uses a host), thus the $800+ cost. Android Auto screen mirroring is MUCH cheaper as it's just a cut down shell, input mirroring and output mirroring BTW I also need that "screen off" feature, it is much harder to see wildlife even if a dash is reasonably dark. Both the Fuga and V37 have display off buttons for night use, they just come back on for a second or 3 if you interact with it, eg skip a song.
