Troy, I think the plan is to have a couple different stages of modification. The will be bolt-on internal gated turbos to fit stock manifold as the base stage, all the way up to custom manifold, extrenal gated turbo with full management.

Hi guys, in case you missed it in other threads, they are unning 50 psi fuel pressure at idle with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator. So to achieve this sort of result, the injectors are exceeding their rated output by around 40%.

My previous experiences with "overdriving" injectors more than 10% has not been very good. The solenoids and springs simply don't like it. Take the risk if you wish.

Secondly the car is not driven everyday at 431.6 rhhp. I believe GTS-t Vspec quoted 360 rwhp which is under the widely accepted 450 bhp maximum for daily use on a standard internals RB25.

Hope that clarifies

I have been driving it with the 431rwhp over the past couple days, and I must say it's a heap of fun, but in order to save my stock internals I feel that the 360rwhp is a much safer level for the engine until I get forged pistons etc.

If I do have any trouble with running the stock injectors at high pressure then I'll let you all know, but so far they've performed admirably:D

nice numbers paul

I got a 0.70 a/r front with t66 comp wheel and 0.82 a/r rear rated at 600hp turbo going on my car at the end of this week, i got the same manifold as you but 550cc injectors and a power fc with 044 bosch pump. Should i expect the same numbers as u? As i was told it would need atleast 20psi to get 300rwkw..

Interesting. I've run out on injectors on my car now @ 203rwkw (what is that in HP?)

Admittadly im not running a rising rate reg, but i surely wont be getting another 100rwkw out of just raising the pressure.

Also im running a Factory ECU with a chip that really hasnt had it's map changed at all.

Just speed limiter removed at this stage.

Now, i dont think my car is making anywhere near 400rwhp (im not sure of the conversion)

And my car to date has come home with 12.98 @ 108mph.

Paul... did you run the mid 13 @ 411rwhp?

If so... that's awefully low MPH for that kind of power... (if 400rwhp is more than 200rwkw)

As if you get wheelspin or not, your MPH is usually more or less the same. Just your ET that changes.

    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
