Does anyone know how much you'll be looking at to spray the R34 GTR? Im trying to decide between black and a deep red colour.. and on that note ive never seen any red skylines anyone got any pics of any?

And anyone got info or pics on custom airbrush jobs on skylines.. all i ever see around is white, white or white ;)

That's cuz White is the best colour for the R34 GTR LOL!

Respraying the whole car Iam not too sure, just call up a few panel beaters, paint job places to get a quote.

red, carbon fibre, and dark rims.... mmmmmm :D

sounds like an engine out job, which is $$ - if you very pedantic about finish, $7K-$10K AUD (and more, but that would get you a nice finish)

but could still get a solid job done for $5k, but really, for an engine out job you'd wanna do it properly.

Red is so damn rare these days since they were only available for 1 year in 1999. I've only seen 1 genuine factory red R34 before and it looks so much nicer in the flesh than from pics.

Agreed, my mate has one. It is a beautiful thing.

hahaha. now that i look at it, it does look the peg container is holding the clothes line down. Actually one of the tall trees in the backyard fell during a windy day last year and landed on top of the clothes line. :(

I agree with Eugene. It looks beautiful!

btw you don't carry weights in that peg container over there do you Matthew? it's got me concerned!

    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together
    • I'm getting PTSD flashbacks seeing that name again.  With my turbo swift, I got 1,500km of street use on a Jim Berry clutch before it exploded and took out my input shaft with it.
