looking at the ats twin carbon 1700kgf kit for r34 gtr....

We use OS Giken, twin plate in GTST's and triple plate in GTR's.

We use ATS close ratio gears in the race cars, had one batch incorrectly hardened, otherwise they have been great.

Twin Plates are OK, as long as you use the anti rattle springs. Without the springs the plates rattle when there is no load on them. Drives you nuts. Triple Plates are a little more tricky, but once you get used to them they are OK.
