Just a quick one. Are r32, r33, and r34 harmonic balancers the same?

Anyone know where to buy a standard r32 balancer then.

Or are they the same price as aftermarket.

Not building a super crazy engine.

id get a ross one. couple of hundred. better than standard ie. makes oil pump last alot longer

just got a ross metal jacket, around 600 rrp, mate bought a genuine nissan r33 gtr balancer from just jap for around 500, i know ross do other balancers other than the metal jacket, might be cheaer than the genuine item

actually come to think of it my friend had an r32gtr 89 model, he wrote it of though and its gone so i cant double check for you

my gtr makes 362rwkw i have the standard balancer on it for the last 16000klms im no mechanic but how would a new aftermarket Ross or Ati item be better for my engine, how does it work, sorry for the noob question.

Someone needs to get onto powerbond and see if they will make some balancers up for the rb's. I have used a few of there race series balancers on sr20's and they seem good and the price is right at just over $200 odd. The are sfi approved aswell.
