it was all about setting up vetool for the win and for some reason, they made him hold up the field, he got f**ked by the rule and webz profited. did vetel feel bad or was it a team deal? why didnt they pit webz? that was the whole race right there, maybe they thought vetel woulda got away with it? if he had, he would have been first.

No doubt Vettel would have aced the competition and I am a bit disappointed for him and his outcome, except for the fact that once again he can only blame himself for bringing about the circumstances of a disappointing result. Determined to press rivals against the wall, cutting across on another car too early when passing, lagging too far behind the SC... so many points squandered unnecessarily. For his sake he needs to learn some race craft pretty quick I reckon

He said he was caught napping, but that's no excuse really

F1 don`t need wanker`s like MS maybe 7 times champ but that should be his last time that he come`s close to putting Rubens in the WALL :) ,

He was a good driver but not any, once to often he has tryed to run someone off road,

How good was that. I cant blame Vettel for being a little anti-social....i mean i can understand why he was fuming.

Interesting if te team actually say, Webber with 4 wins, a few points in his pcoket...when is it too early to call for the teams focus? I hope they dont do it yet....today shows how anything can happen on a given day. If Webber can pull a few more points and head home from Japan with the lead...surely RBR will call it for the internal fight

Ask Louise or the other 18 drivers if they would take a 3rd after a drive through?

Understand it wasn't a win, and it could've been.

However these things happen.

On a side note,

Can someone explain how the Merc F-Duct gets the stall air to the wing blade?

Bit confusing for a door kicker like me.. No funnel running down the length of the rear bodywork like all the other cars.

I thought it was going to be another processional race, but was highly impressed. Webber drove a blinder in the first stint to pull out enough of a lead after being f**ked over with the pitstops. Well done son, a few more of those, and you'll be our 3rd World Champion!

As for Schumacher, he definitely needs the book thrown at him majorly. Be very interesting to read both drivers post race quotes, I can see quite a battle of words going on. That incident is clearly why Schumacher isn't the greatest F1 driver of all time, despite his stats. A man of that calibre and experience should know better.

EDIT: Also love the jump that Mark has been doing the past couple of races on the podium! He almost kicked Alonso in the head! :)

fark they love to make something out of nothing regarding the Schu/Barrichello incident. sure it was risky but nothing happened move on..

are you real :) this wanker is a WASTE OF A SEAT,f**k HIM OFF & give a YOUNG GUY a chance to drive in F1,

Not some WANT A BE back in F1,joke is on him

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
