Indeed. Cursed linear time ...

but anywho, a 10 place grid penalty for Spa is more detrimental to him than being flagged out of a race he was about to take no points from anyway :whistling:

Might go and throw a lobster on Capt Chin to take out the title....

if I can get 10:1 odds I will be a happy man.

down to $2 now i think... for now

Wife is pissed about losing the first house, not making that mistake again!

My throw the shirt off my back at Jenson going back to back....

Better odds then "OUR" favourite door closer getting a win!

I will still back Schui for a podium this year

Can you just imagine it? Webber *accidentally* clips Vettel, Vettel goes ape-poo, a punch-on breaks out resulting in Vettel going off the balcony WWE-style.

I can see it now, in the media report following the said punch-on, Vettel would issue a statement saying he should have won the fight.

well Vettel has come out in the interview saying it was his race, he should have won and he has been quickest the whole weekend specifically against Webber.

probably wrong but I thought Webber was quicker than Vettel all the way until Q3...so really he wasn't quicker except Q3 and the 'fastest lap' title in the race was a bit of a joke since he simply aimed for a fastest lap.

i'd expect the FIA will very soon clarify exactly how much, let's say- 'operational front aerofoil deflection' is permissable ahead of the Belgian GP

if the rubbery wings are deemed kosher, i'd suppose McLaren will follow suit, and if not, the Fezz and RBR will have to ammend the rigidity of theirs

getting excited about monza GP now. finally bought my tickets the other day so it's now all 100% sorted. I will be driving the nurburgring nordshliefe on the saturday so I'll miss qualy but belting around the ring in a track spec M3 on semi-slicks is too good to miss, then I fly out to milan at 5am on sunday arrive about 6:30am and drive out to monza. :woot: It will be super cool if webber can get a win. I've never seen him win a race in person and would love to see it while I can. Either that or a ferrari win. not long to go now....

Nice. I was staring at the F1 website the other night...thinking Singapoe = "NOPE". But Japan or Brazil would be cool. Same old same old though, will need to be a crime of opportunity with a work related window opening up. Italian GP could be a goer too...just under GBP400 LOL 2010 will be remembered as the year that promised sooo much and turned out to be a farking DUD! Fancy having the option of going to Hungary or come back to Aus to do track days and miss all of them because your leave was cancelled :woot:

yeah that sucks mate. come do italy with me if you can. monza is a rubbish race to watch on TV so it certainly can't be any worse to watch in real life! Should be a good atmosphere at least with all the Tifosi around and I will be wearing my minardi webber hat and hoping for a webber win.

Brazil would be awesome I reckon. I very nearly booked a last minute effort to get there when schuey announced his retirement that year. It has some pretty cool corners at the atmosphere there would be pretty unique to say the least.

lol, being the servent of those who live the good life does have its advantages........

congratulations guys on being able to make these opportunities for yourselves........you make me sick lol.

Hey Baron do you need help to carry your bags or maybe check tyre pressures on the Beemer?

lol, I need all the help I can get! I'm doing the M3 for day 2, day 1 I'm still tossing up between a worked 80s alfa 75 track car (3L V6, cage, semi's etc) or a Renault Clio R26R with semis etc too. the clio probably faster but FWD though perhaps for the first day on the ring that will be a good thing.

Cool are WE flying business class??

Would it help if I put your decision into perspective?

Alfa 75 = MILF with all the trimmings, tight bod, good grip with a rear end bias.

Renault Clio = 18 yr old also with an appropriate age related tighter bod, slightly front heavy (puberty is a marvelous thing these day) but rear end wiggles when you lift off.

Alfa = Renault = Happy times.

    • Finally have an update on this  Rack came in this week so I did a test fit. You do need the S chassis bushings since the rack is 5mm thinner than the R33 rack. The main issue I foresaw and ran into was one of the hardlines not lining up properly with there it's meant to on the rack. After some gentle coercing and bending very slightly, I managed to get it to fit without any kinks and keeping the hardline pretty much in all of the factory mounting positions. I did have to unbolt all of the soft mounts to move the line around so I could snake it out and bend it safely but it looks good to me for now. I'll update when the rack is fully bolted in and functioning.
    • I hear this thread needs an update following its adventures last Wednesday!
    • What are you thinking makes a sequential shit to drive on the street? About the ONLY thing I can think of, is if you're wanting to be able to roll up to lights in third or second and pop it straight into neutral, or you want to come down two or three gears, say out of 5th and back to second, but they shift quick enough it doesn't really matter
    • I'm not a drag racing guy, but that was a good watch. Didn't Ibrahim's car have some cooch! But the big question is....WTF is with so many of them running without seatbelts!
    • Sequential Is fine to drive on the street
