Thanks guys , I've got the 230 page Nissan service manual that wisearses keep trying to flog as the "workshop manual".

The only workshop manual I could find was on a US booksite , it's a Nissan hardcopy product and cost about $320.00 US not including post, ----------ou-farkin-ch :) .

I seriously doubt that outside of that there is a workshop manual download available for an R34GTT specifically.

I've spent far to much time chasin my ass all over the internet after this particular holy grail one will pop up sooner or later---maybe when I'm dead at this rate .

JPNZ translated the R33 manual, but not the R34 manual.

I've ordered copies of the R33 manual and will advise if I get them....still waiting they were due in the next few days in they don't get delayed (full workshop manuals), ~$110 AUD/each.

EDIT: considering the workshop manual for the R33 was finished in translation 2 weeks ago, and they're selling it in hard copy only, unless there's a few other companies translating it I've never seen an electronic copy of more than the engine manual.

Yup, I registered on thier thingo for the translation of the R34GTT manual a while ago, but I'm not holding my breath, if the R33 one is OK and covers the R33 ser II I'll get one of those to fumble through with  .

Peter, I was thinking of getting that from JPNZ aswell, how much did all that cost. There was a price for something around 110 dollars or something like that but I don't think that covered all of what you got?

Got the R33 Worskhop Manual, Engine Manual, Owners Manual and Service Handbook all from JPNZ about a week ago - great stuff and Michael was a nice bloke to deal with.....

Sweet, I organised a group buy on the workshop manual and they were apparently posted nearly 9 business days ago which is making me nervous.

When were your posted/delivered?

And how much did you pay out of curiosity?

I downloaded the engine manual ages ago from the net, so that was free....then when I saw the workshop manual I pre-purchased it (special pre-purchase price) off JPNZ (prior to it getting translated) at:

"This email is concerning the deposit for the 1993~1997 Nissan SKYLINE Code: WM107 . We now have enough numbers to carry out translation and publication of the above mentioned manual. Please make a NZ $30 deposit so we can start the process. Once we start we expect the manual to take 3 to 4 months to publish. Once we have the manual complete we will ask for the remaining amount of NZ $70 + NZ $20 postage and will ship the completed manual."

They then invoiced me for the higher amount (ie not the pre-purchase 'special' price). After a few emails back and forth from Michael (Director JPNZ) (he was happy to sell it to me at the originally quoted price, but I had already paid the higher price through the website), he asked me:

"Do you have the owners manual? If not I will include."

I thought bonus(!) and he posted it all off....

What arrived was:

-The Engine Manual (two separate parts / books)

- Workshop Manual

- Owners Manual

- Service Book

- One of those little cases to hold it all

So I was a very happy man, and Michael was great to deal with....

That's a good price! :(

Anyway, my one was posted 1 day later than yours, or around the same date, it hasn't arrived. Something did arrive at the post office today so hopefully that is it...

Group buy price was $107 for the manual including postage (AUD), and I've got one spare :(

:) FFS will you R34GTT owners register for the R34GTT farker ? I registered about 3 months ago and at the rate of registration increases are going it'll never happen as they won't get the numbers before every R34 has aged out of existance :) .

Sorry about the Hijack here. :D

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
