Hks Bellmouth On Garrett

Just a quick question guys. Will the HKS bellmouth fit onto a Garrett T04z?

If not where could i get one to suit.

The bellmouth will fit any 4inch inlet turbo, but you will need to get the little lip machined off the inlet for it to fit on.

looks, usually show only because you wouldn't wanna run a car on the street or track with no filter.

we have a 400awkw 32R in the vic club that drives around with a bellmouth on a t51... he took it on the GOR like that a couple of years ago

definatley worth HP, we did back to backs with that belmouth on my old 180sx and it only had a baby hks gt3037s.

Definately. Its like ram tubs on carby's. Basically the idea is to straighten the air out coming into the inlet system - be it a turbo or a carby - and thus it increases the velocty of the air by decreasing the turbulence in it as it enters.

I havent had any experience of them on injected turbo cars but I know I gained hp in my cooper s when I fitted them. The longer the better apparently - this certainly was the case as I fitted 3' ones and saw an improvement over the 1' ones i had on it before.Dyno proven.
