Got an email from kando asking me to change my neutral feed back to positive. The reasoning for neutral was the having to chase up delivery after 3 weeks.

they are f**king shocking, both me and my mate had big issues with delivery, i almost missed out on an event, my mate did...

Make it negative and tell him it's because he blocks his customers after the sale

i just sent him this after he tried to do the same

You received a neutral feedback because the delivery was very slow to the point of almost costing me an event, however the product was very good, that's the whole point of the feedback system, if you provide a positive service, then and only then will you receive a positive feedback. You are not "forced" to block me, you are trying to blackmail me, so how about if you want to block me, i will be "forced" to change my feedback to a negative feedback, as clearly by that point that's exactly what my experience with dealing with you will have been like.

I hope you see reason and hopefully in the future we can do business again, believe me when i say it is in your best interest not to continue with this sort of business practice with any of your customers, let a lone me.

What have people said to him regarding this thread?

Anyone got a reply to him..

Sucks his products are so great but his service sucks.

Lets be honest but his not going anywhere

His products already have a good name so no he won't have any problems with keeping business up but if people allow him to bully them into gaining positive feedback then his customer service will continue sucking hard.

What Nisskid has done is very good and hopefully more people will do the same. I haven't dealt with Kando dynamics or their products but it would be nice to know if decide to buy their product down the line there would reasonable after sale support.

Yeah the eBay system is a bit of a dud that way...I agree in that neutral feedback is neutral feedback, its not necessarily bad feedback..

But the system is setup to recognize it as such, in a way you almost feel compelled to give positive feedback even when you don't want to..

out of interest what was the reason/excuse for the late delivery?I had no issues whatsoever..ordered and it was at my door within a week..Even got a free hat. :DGtscott ordered his the day after me and received it a day before I did...I guess the boat/plane hit Sydney first..

just some of the experiences i got in response to a post i made on fb

- Everyone I know whose brought one has had the same trouble. Mine took f**king forever.

- They're delivery is fair slack hey. My Brother ordered one a while back now. From the day he ordered it heard nothing then 2 weeks later emailed them and they'd sent it to Austria instead of Australia and then a week later sent one express to him. Lol. Mine I ordered from Kando on a Thursday and it was here the following Wednesday.

also had a mate buy one, they said they were waiting on a rear housing, so his was sent late, took a few weeks, he missed out on a drift event which he paid for, luckily he sold his spot off at about half price so didn't lose it all.

id say the one man show is just under pressure and not coping well enough to deliver good service.

my dealings with him (probably a year ago now) had all been great. absolutely no issues in answering questions or giving product advice.

id say he gets too many rednecks giving him a hard time about wanting exchanges and stuff which makes him take it out on everyone.

admittedly im still going to buy another one lol... unless Jez can show me some more PT love and convince me to take that path. extra headroom would be great, but i have a feeling the L2 is going to be a creamy match to my healthy SR

Bingo..So many flaws in the above statement its really not funny..

Im sure the he never sent it to Austria on purpose...seems an honest mistake to me that was corrected accordingly

and entering a drift event when you dont even have a turbo in your car, well.....hardly his fault either...

Sorry but having mates in the dropship business and knowing the bullshit they deal with and how in reality they want nothing more than to provide a good service..

Seems so many are quick to give them a hard time......It is after all their income at stake and to be honest if you gave me bad/neutral feedback i wouldn't bother reply your emails either because your just a low profit high maintenance client....

Yeah Id agree. Hes probably trying to do his best but just stretched to his limits.

I'll bet that when I send him a polite email about an off ebay sale he will extend the same courtesies. Well see, I'll let you all know.

people defending him? nup he's a business that makes a commitment to their customers, can't make it, then actively lies to cover his mistakes. if he is loaded down and his delivery times are suffering, reflect that in the advertised product/service, tell us it will take between 1-3 weeks, and let us make the decision whether that is acceptable to us or not. if it's not, and we need it sooner, it's a critical detail we are entitled too before purchasing the product. to actively lie about delivery times, in order to make their product and service more appealing, yet be unable to deliver said product/service is dishonest business practice.

now if it was just my turbo, and he simply said to me sorry, i've been backed up really bad and unfortunately it was delayed then fine, but it's a trend of consistent delays and lies, and to come back to me and try to blackmail me into changing my feedback to something it clearly wasn't? he can blow me repeatability til i'm dry.

as far as "dropship" customers like me, yeh it must be so hard dealing with someone like me who clicked the buy now button, paid the money instantly, sent my address then waited.

as far as people thinking his

Im sure the he never sent it to Austria on purpose...seems an honest mistake to me that was corrected accordingly

and entering a drift event when you dont even have a turbo in your car, well.....hardly his fault either...

are you actually serious? tell me you're joking?

wow, you must be great at poker, no one would get anything by you

do you know how hard it is to send something to the wrong country, with completely different postal codes, not the mention a different language?

as far as the housing one, even if it was true, he effectively sold a product he didn't have, once again, poor service and worthy of a neutral feedback, certainly no more.

Well Austrai and Australia are right next to each other in the droplist and believe it or not Austria also has 4 digit postcodes..Its not until the parcel gets to Austria that someone looks at the actual street address and realizes its in the wrong place. And considering 3 or more language changes have been done by then I would say yes its probably suite an easy mistake to make..

Also ETD or ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY is exactly that, estimated. There is not many guarantees with the postal system only insurances..trucks crash, boats sink and planes fall out of the sky..

Look you are free to get on the internet and slander his business if you are not happy..But in doing so you also leave yourself open to the readers discression of whether or not your complaints are justified and I am not convinced yet that they are I'm sorry..

I for one received a great service and a quick look at his store tells me nearly 3000 others have as well..Its true nearly 1% have been dissatisfied, but one you take honest mistakes and troublemakers out of the equation it appears to me a good service is to be expected from them. What I don't understand is why you would choose to tell the world of the bad service you received, then still try to do business with him and expect a good result

do you know how hard it is to send something to the wrong country, with completely different postal codes, not the mention a different language?

In no way defending the other stuff but in relation to the item being sent the Austria, it happens very often with international postage.

I've personally had items from America and New Zealand head to Austria before coming back to Australia

    • I have been being VERY quiet about what you're alluding to, as it is something that ticks me off... The number of cars from factory that run coil overs is HUGE! Most of them these days do... The other part that annoys me, is people saying "Well all the incabin adjustable suspension is illegal by blah blah blah"... If that's the case, then why can I buy a car brand new that can do it if, FULL STOP in cabin adjustable suspension is illegal...   Also, I could just chuck some aftermarket shocks in my car, throw the stock springs on, after my blue slip, dump my super low springs back in. Same shock and spring style setup... Hell, they could also be the same colour springs etc.     I'm voting, BlueSlipper didn't want to touch the above car for some reason. Whether it be some sort of bias against the car, the owner, them maybe having previously done dodgy shit and now they're being super careful in case they get slapped in the face by the Gumbyment again... Find a new blueslip place.   And can confirm as you had said, yes there are holy bibles of vehicle heights, and all sorts of other suspension stuff. Heck your run of the mill mechanic, and tyre shop has access to all of that stuff. It's how they do wheel alignments...
    • Funny story Heading to Sydney this morning on the HWY there was some slow traffic, so I gave it the beans and midway through my overtaking "power run" I lost all power It seems that I missed a hose clamp,  and the MAF and filter went WiFi To make this more problematic, the little tool kit that lives in the boot, is sitting in the sun room at Goulburn......LOL Luckily for me I found a bit of steel on the side of the road that could be used like a rusty and bent flat head screw driver to tighten it up enough that it got me into Sydney, it is now all tight like a tiger with the aid of a 8mm socket Note to self: Use my brain and double check stuff, and always keep that little tool kit in the car for when I have a brain fart
    • Oh, and as for everyone with their fuel economy changes, I switch between E10 and 98 in the company car. Even do when I had personal cars that could run on E10. You know what changed my fuel economy in any noticeable way? How I drove, and where I drove. Otherwise, say on full tanks of just back and forth from work only (So same trips, same sort of traffic), couldn't notice a difference that I can correlate to the type of fuel in use. In the current vehicle, that's over 42L of USABLE fuel. While 98 is all "more energy dense", it also has higher knock resistance as it takes more energy to get it to ignite too. The longer hydrocarbons, typically more tightly bound. So running the same ignition map, can also produce less power, if there isn't enough time to get it all burnt through properly, as yep, the flame propagation speed is different from lower octane fuel to higher (Higher has a lower flame propagation, due to the more tightly bound and harder to self ignite funs. This is also typically where, a vehicle that is designed purely to run on 91 (Whether it be E10 or normal 91) usually sees absolutely no real world difference in fuel economy for the normal man, woman, or dog.
    • We've got some servos around me that have 91 with E10, 91 (no E10), 95, and 98. At those stations the change from 91 E10 to 91, is typically around 8c/L.   But lets not get started on the price of fuel in Oz. It's ridiculous. All the service stations around me, bar one, the price of fuel has been over the $2 mark per litre for the cheapest, 98 being around $2.45. That one service station is a CostCo, fuel from it comes from the same refineries, and makes no pitstops, it runs great, including the 98. In fact, I've had no issues on CostCo fuel, but plenty of issues at other stations!. The CostCo fuel, was $1.65 roughly this week for 94 with E10. $1.88 for 98. Servos directly across from it, $2.10 for 91 E10, and $2.48 for 98. The part I had to laugh at? If I drive multiple HOURS away from Brisbane, say out near Nanango, or Kingaroy, or even out to Goondiwindi, the price of their fuel, is the same as what it is at the CostCo... Oh, and that BP servo at Goondiwindi is HUGE and goes through epic turnover of fuel, so it's not sitting there for weeks going to shit. And what blows me away, my mate is one of the people who drives the Fuel Tanker all around QLD, delivering to all those places. At the same company his previous role was doing the "local haul" deliveries... Same truck, same driver, same pickup point it all comes from. So you tell me, how the hell it is 60c/L CHEAPER for fuel, when nearly all else is equal, except they require a B-Double to drive half a day out of Brisbane, and half a day back, every second day, compared to the delivery that can be under 30 minutes drive from the fuel pickup point... Not to mention, go five blocks down the road, and Ampol to Ampol will vary 30c/L... And I've had this conversation with my mate... The way it's priced, is just typical, pure and utter rubbish... He also does runs from Brisbane, to all over QLD, down to Newcastle, Sydney, Nowra, Melbourne, Geelong, and even out to parts of the NT depending on the companies needs. His main stuff is all the longer distance away from home for a few days at a time, then when he's back, he loves to just pickup extra shifts wherever he can in whichever truck, hence all the weird different places.   Oh, as for getting E10 into all the fuels in Australia... It was very quickly highlighted, that we don't have enough biomass available to use to make E10 sustainably like they require, and it would dramatically cut into our, and the worlds food chain supply...   I vote we all just start running on liquid methane gas... Plenty of that just getting tapped off at tips from underground decay... (Note, this is pure just stupid commenting. I could very easily highlight the reasons its not a good idea especially on scale...)
    • Am I correct in assuming that the R35's are getting the classic skyline haircut off the odometer?  Quick search on carsales, there are 33 08 and 09 GTR's for sale, only 2 of them have more then 100,000km's on them (116,075 and 110,000 respectively).  And somehow there are about 25 for sale with around 60,000kms? Looks like the classic skyline haircut to me =/
