Just wanted to see what people are paying for insurance, been quoted around $2000 full comp, im 32 and live in sydney.

Bout 1900 dollars P.A. with just car and full excess, though im only 21 and living in sydney. for a R32 GTR insured for 20k

either way because you live in sydney its goin to cost a damn fortune, my car use to be insured in queensland and it was around the 1300 mark

yeah i was doin pay by the month and it was around $110, i think i get a tiny discount cause ive been with them since i was 17 and have a no claims or loss of lisence

NSW has the highest insurance rates in Australia, especially sydney with its awsome crime rates and thefts

, QLD and VIC being some of the cheapest

thanks for your replies, yeah sydney sucks for that reason, but I would like to see some evidence/justification of why the rates are so much higher. Hate insurance companies.

easy answer dude, crime rate and car theft.... so many dodgy wreckers in sydney as well.

some if given the chance will pick up a car with a forklift if it has been sitting on the street in their area for more then a day.

just car $2000 pa, normal excess $1500, i'm 31yo in vic. i have informed then of all mods done and even proved that all parts are genuine nismo, so my payout amount is higher than what redbook says.
