2.5L
I both like and want some. Looks tough, and a little more classy than my garden edge from bunnings job. HEKT1K
Charles! Mine is falling off a bit around the corners on both sides Are they staples in that pic above? Will a staple gun pierce through the front bar? I wouldn't have thought so Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367338-diy-universal-lip/page/8/#findComment-5933223 Share on other sites
sonnyQ
sonnyQ, Here's what I'm talking about lol thanks for that man. I was looking at it the other day thinking it would probably need to be cut. still trying to make time to fit this unfort. Think ill have to go with screws and tape because I will be too lazy to put it back on if something happens. Will a staple gun pierce through the front bar? I wouldn't have thought so Did you clean the bottom of your front bar thoroughly before attaching? It's not a staple gun lol, just normal staples, so I can hold the cut together. The only thing that's holding onto my lip is some industrial double sided tap. Will a staple gun pierce through the front bar? I wouldn't have thought so I used wax and grease remover before putting my double sided tape. Might be worth a try. 2.5L
I'm wondering what would happen if I put some sort of wax on the lip lol, I want it shinier Black boot polish on the lip to make it shiney, I put it on the garnish on the bottom of my R32's rear bar when I clean my car. Stays blacker than the ace of spades for months. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367338-diy-universal-lip/page/8/#findComment-5933978 Share on other sites
