New Housing Arrived Looks A Bit Funny?

can anyone tell me if this looks right got my new housing and there is a gap between the wheel and the housing of a few mm is that normal just wasnt there with the old housing

lol. won't work. the clearance should be 20 thou this looks like 500 times more then that. You need to sleeve the bore, then re-machine the housing to suit your wheel.

haha yea ive sent an email back to the guy seeing what he wants to do to fix it haha theres about 4mm each side, so u can sleeve the bore and machine it down if i have to?

its a hybrid turbo gave the guy my wheel specs n he said he will send me a housing to suit lol

yes that what we do every day. need the housing and turbo as the rear needs to be exact not only where the exducer is but also the profile runs along the blade. then that should work.
