What kind of tunes do you crank when your in the gym, on the bike or smashing the pavement ?

Pick a few albums that you have abused in the gym !

I'll go first,

Nevermind - Nirvana

Blood Sugar Sex Magik - Red hot Chilli Peppers

Invaders Must Die - Prodigy

Aphex Twin - Windowlicker

A mixtape of tracks by Classixx.

www.tism.wanker.com - TISM

I don't really listen to music at the gym anymore, but I used to, and am thinking about starting it up again...

My favourite was Korn...anything angry sounding with heavy rock riffs and basslines...can't help but feel pumped up listening to that shit. They were muscles built on anger!

Rammstein! Great for lifting weights.

Also system of a down, Metallica, tool, korn etc

Heavy metal for weights.

One of the best songs I've found for heavy weights is rammstein - rammstein

Ice Cube then the Pointer Sisters... nice work lol... I thought I was the only freak who changed between a gangster rap CD and gold 104.3 when driving

Every one has different taste of course but i just cant stand gangta rap, not for life of me.. I like every other "black" type of music though from Blues, Soul, Hip Hop and some RnB.. Gold Fm, i listen to it regularly

To be honest i don't mind any type of music. I tune into triple j most of the time at work so i get my daily feed of indie music from there, drive in cafe del mar/prog house style of tunez day in day out and look out for upbeat music on the tube at home. I get energy or "g'd up" per se from any that has a rocking distinctive melody, beat or rhythm to it

Listen to allot of sets to track down PROGRESSIVE tracks like this.. gets my blood pumping every time
