Just had a quick google search. Here is it if your interested

Thanks heaps.......looks good...will factor in postage and painting etc and see if a DIY / fabrication option is more feasible.

Update:

Bought a stock boot lid off Jarrad ( :thanks: ).

Project GT wing has begun !! WOOOHOOO!!

Also....earlier this evening Aaron from Westy's Warehouse went out of his way to fit and balance my new tyres and finish everything today itself - absolutely sensational service and top bloke.

..and....I will not need that spoiler on there...so if anyone wants it....it is for sale..chuck me an offer.

Very very productive day so far.

Woke up bright and early with the sun streaming in. Just knew it was going to be a warm one. Polished up my new Ganadors and proceeded to install them (you know your obsessed when you start car stuff before brushing your teeth!!)

First step: remove door trims...

Passenger side: Three screws down at the bottom of the door panel. One screw inside the little plastic pocket thing and one screw underneath the passenger side handle / arm rest.

Drivers side: Three screws down at the bottom of the door panel. One screw under the switch plastic panel.

Both sides door release plastic surrounds need to be pried off.

Then remove plastic triangle to reveal three bolts holding mirror in place. Remove and unplug mirror. Plug Ganadors in, secure wire and put it all back together. Did not get a picture of the mirrors...but will post some when I do the photoshoot (sometime soon)

Then started fabrication work / planning for the GT wing project.

Tried...but got more love from pete who gave me some suspension tips..the tall dude whos name i cant remember who chatted for ages about his big block chevy and new zealand and the most from rob the alignment guy who everyone seems afraid of...lachlan was probably having an off day...lol....overall a good experience

New rims set it off nicely. Cant wait to see the boot DIY you got going on

I LOVE THEM TO BITS......

Just needs a fraction more aggressiveness on the rears...which I will achieve as soon as I get the guards rolled.

Yeah the wing is a radical idea to say the least....I am hoping it pays off !!

Keeping with the stealth look under the hood I swapped pod filters this afternoon.......

Engine bay still needs major sprucing up and is only quarter way done...with the rocker covers next on the list for a nice black refresh !!

Getting some Whiteline swaybars next......24mm and 22mm front and rear respectively...adjustable. Thoughts / suggestions / anything I need to know??

Reliable sources tell me they are possibly the best bang for buck upgrade suspension wise.

    • Sorry I haven't been following all the detail, so you may have tried this. Does it idle with the tiniest bit of throttle you can add? You've mentioned the IACV, does it have an AAC valve and have you adjusted it at all (ie, screw the idle adjust screw all the way in, then back it out a couple of turns until idle is stable)?
    • My bad, I unplugged the one underlined in red instead of yellow before. With the car started, after unplugging the IACV (the one underlined in yellow), it idled at around 400/500 for 3 seconds before stalling. Attempting to start the car without the IACV will not start the car.   It does stutter and sputter for around 5 seconds before dying. However, immediately after starting it, you can already hear some slight sputters from the exhaust.   It won't start with the AFM unplugged. If it is when the car has already started, it stalls in a few seconds.   Yesterday, I did take some logs using Nistune of 3 scenarios. Car idling till it stalls Car idling and unplugging the IACV Car idling and removing the AFM I also have some previous logs of when the Car is idling till it stalls and when driving and it cuts. I am not really knowledgeable enough to understand what to look for. After every test, car idles rougher and rougher, until I have to stop. It will be fine the day after.
    • There is no difference between a 17x8 and an 18x8. The total diameter of the tyre needs to remain +/- the same (so you don't mess up the gearing, speedo reading, and clearance when turning front wheels..... so you just need to use a lower profile tyre on th 18 than you do on the 17. /rocket surgery.
    • I thought the same to start with. But then I thought it was one of those LCAs where the end of the ARB goes through a bushing in the LCA itself, instead of having an end link.
    • Yeah - I mean, go the other way. Smaller range. Not larger.
