hahahahaha. drift spec. are pair on each side?

id be hitting up bm owners man.

Stuff that, this ain't no drift pig S13 haha

Good idea, but unless genuine BBS LMs in 20s (or maybe 19s) are dirt cheap, will probably be keen on the Varstoenn BBS LM reps instead.

Have I just suddenly chime in a commodore thread?

Yes you have. The exit is that way :P

How about this phaggotry?

Don't even get me started on them. Soooo many f*ckwits go crazy for them GTS wheels. They look like shit to be honest.

On a simlar but seperate note, I could've sworn there was a business trader that was selling Varrstoen wheels on SAU when Is till have my 33. Are they still around? I'm thinking they would be my best bet in getting a set of the Varrstoen 1.1.3.

Or does anyone know a reputable Varrstoen dealer?

A lot of people that say get 'real' rims have no idea how much they cost in good sizes (ie 19 / 20" x 9.5 / 10 with low offset) I said to myself fark that just get a new set every year or so lol

And Grant, praise the falcon brah. embrace teh speed, such grace.

Drove a 6t recently, still don't see the point of it.

May as well buy v8 really, and they're too 'grown-up' for me. So I won't embrace these things ;)

i give no shits for fake or real rims. for street car if they look good, thats all that matters.

Amen. True words (except for the falcon part haha :P )

As long as the rims don't shit themselves everytime you hit anything that resembles a minor pothole, I'd be happy.

lets all have acirckle wank over matey boys genuine Japanese hurkurdursushilm1gtdanielsans.

not for me chef!

LOL!

I appreciate genuine rims but not super keen on spending $4k+ on rims alone unfortunatly.

Tempting...

Do it!! It rips awesome skids!! Plattsy and I can vouch for that!! LOL jokes! But seriously, he's looked after it well and I have been in it and can vouch for it being quite a tidy unit

hes seen and felt the rumble on saturday. didnt you grant.

mate for you id even throw in all the audio gear. and do you super special price.

for price, and change you would have left over, you could put that block upto 400kw. mental.

and insurance would be cheaper.

Hmm... 'massage seats' sure do sound even more tempting :P

Like I said other night on fb, insurance wasn't that cheap for me :/ need to ring around me thinks.

But still want another gtr though, so will consider something else if I can't find good one.

is what i am saying granticus.

hsv insurance cheaper than gtr insurance.

but you get first refusal on it mate. lol im in no rush, the gumtree add is out there somewhere, must be i keep getting stupid offers of swaps.

impreza wrx evo3 club something or other rego pacman. wanted a swap, was so farkin tempted!

When I quoted for vx/vy clubby, it was north of $3k region with value less than what people are asking, gtr's are usually cheaper with higher agreed value.

Very strange that...

    • Depending on how long the car sat it is very possible for injectors to be stuck open or closed, I'd get them cleaned and flow tested. Other than that, obviously when the loom changes and the car doesn't start any more....the loom is suspect so some tracing / comparing may be required
    • Harness is for a s1 Rb25det, and it is engine and lower harness.  the old harness had broken off plugs and was in very rough condition/exposed wires and splices etc. it is not able to be put back on the car, I could visually inspect to see if they had rewired any pins on the ecu plug. The fuel pump definitly isn’t turning off it’s an external pump and very loud you can hear it. Will look at the other harness tonight, am also going to pull the fuel rail and watch the injectors spray, will update here with what I find. Pretty sure at this point it has to be something to do with injectors because car will fire up on starting fluid and cas is clicking the Injectors. Fuel pressure is steady 43psi
    • Check the injectors flow evenly, and are actually flowing what you and the ECU think they should be flowing. If it's starting up on starter fluid, you have a fuel issue. Is it possible under cranking your fuel pump is turning off?   The harness you replaced, is that the whole engine harness? Do yourself a test, and drop the old harness on and plug it into the Z32 ECU. It's possible they've wired things different. From memory S1 to S2 is different in RB25 and you may have a wrong loom
    • I haven’t pulled the injectors to watch them spray yet but they are clicking from the cas and all of the spark plugs are wet with fuel. I’ve thought the cylinders were being flooded from the beginning and was hoping fuel pressure would fix it. Tonight I am going to pull the rail and watch the injectors spray. Don’t know how to test/diagnose if the plugs are firing in correct sequence but that should be a timing thing and as far as timing goes my car still has the half moon for the cas can only install it 1 way. And my mechanical timing is 100% correct I posted photos above. Confirmed with the balancer on and off.
