i cant remember that.

im pretty sure the mods started while on P's so there was no easy period.

although I dont know why I was scared, it was a wagon at the end of the day.

excellent, but the previous owner changed the mufflers so it has a terrible drone on the freeway (it's hard trying to source stock parts for an S2000). Probably the most fun I've had driving a car and certainly the most fun I've owned.

1) remove muffler

2) attach straightpipe

3) ????????

4) profit

That was the case with my Skyline, I have more boring plans for the S2000

not too tail happy in this weather? :P

Haven't had any trouble as of yet, it comes with 225s on the rear so they do okay in the wet. I've been very careful on corners and only hit vtec about 2-3 times because it hasn't stopped raining since I picked it up.

which is why I want to keep the exhaust stock :)

Future plans will be BBS LM, coilovers, front lip and spoiler. There isn't much point in performance mods with Hondas because you spend a lot of money and get little in return. Needs a new headunit too.

good ol' vtak :P

must be such a drain not being able to try stretch it's legs a bit after getting it due to the weather :/

although some rear squirmish action could always bring a smile to your face haha.

+1 induction noise though, prob sound cool on le honda

you have what i like to call, BBSitis, usually caused by hanging around roman for too long LOL

i came close to buying an s2000 too, i sort of regret it, and i sort of dont.

regret because they look so nice and go really well

dont regret because im not the smallest flamin mongrel, and id look hilarious in it.

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
